This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• Do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
• Do not temper or change or modify the product in any way.
• Only use Accessories outlined and recommended by the manufacturer.
• Please do not expose the product to splashing or water contact
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Read the User Manual carefully for operating instructions.
• Do not use appliance on wet surfaces or in a humid environment.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse any part of appliance,
power cord or plug in water or other liquid. Unplug from outlet when not in
use and before cleaning.
• To disconnect, unplug power cord from electrical outlet. Do not disconnect by
pulling on cord.
• Do not operate appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. Do not operate
appliance if it malfunctions or is in any way damaged. If any damages oc
curred, contact an authorized party or the manufacturer for solutions.
• Use appliance only for its intend use.
• Closely supervise children when using any electric appliance. Do not allow
appliance to be used as a toy.
• An extension cord may be used when marked electrical rating is no less than
that of this appliance. Mind children from being tripped over a long cord.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric boiler, or heated oven.

Please beware that Dust could accumulate over time on the unit and cause it
to generate heat and or deteriorate insulation, which in turn may result in an
electrical fire.
To maintain the product do not use any chemical or cleaning agent or wet
cloth, please only ensure to utilize a dry cloth to wipe it down from marks or
dust and only after unplugging the product from the power socket.
Please ensure to contact our call center for any repair or service required for
the products.
Please make sure upon positioning this product, the place is:
Not wet or damp and Well ventilated
Away from direct sunlight or heaters.
Protected from excessive dust or grease.
Do not place the Product near heat sources such as radiators, stoves or other
audio visual equipment that produce heat.
Do not place small metallic objects on top of the unit.
Do not use or store flammable or combustible materials near the unit. Doing so
may result in fire or explosion. Do not place any naked flame sources, such as lit
candles, cigarettes or incense sticks on top of the product.
Safety Protection: When the Vac Seal or Seal indicator flashes, it means the
appliance start the Safety protection and forced to stop for 2 minutes before
it can resume normal use. The Vac Seal and Seal function will start safety
protection every 15 complete working cycles (continuous working interval is no
more than 60 seconds).
Vacuum Sealing is not a substitute for the heat process of canning.
Perishables still need to be refrigerated or frozen.
For best results, use only with Vacuum Bags, Rolls, Containers and Accessories.
During the vacuum packaging process, small amounts of liquids, crumbs or
food particles can be inadvertently pulled into the Vacuum Channel. Empty the
Drip Tray after each use.
• Please leave 5-7cm space between open end of the bag and bag contents to
avoid overfilling and prevent the bag from slipping o from the
Vacuum Channel.
• Please leave at least 3cm space between the container lid and contents when
using the Vacuum Container.

Before first use
• Unpack the product and accessories and ensure all parts of the product
are undamaged and in good working order.
• Plastic wrapping can be a suocation hazard for babies and young
children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach and
disposed of safely.
• Unwind the power cord to its full length and inspect it for damage
before each use. Do not use the product if it or its cord has been damaged
or is not working properly. In case of damage, contact our after sales sup
port line for advice on examination, repair or return of the damaged product.
• Ensure the product is not exposed to direct sunlight or placed near a
heater or other heat source.
• Do not create your own side seams for a Vacuum bag. These bags are
manufactured with a special side seam, which is sealed all the way to the
outer edge.
• To prevent wrinkles in the seal when vacuum packaging bulky items, gently
stretch the bag flat while inserting bag into Vacuum Channel and continue to
hold bag until vacuum pump starts.
• Due to the risk of anaerobic bacteria, fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic and
soft cheese should never be vacuum packaged.
• All vegetables (including broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower,
kale,turnips) naturally emits gases and swells the vacuumed bag after a few
days, it is recommended to pre-freeze them and keep them refrigerated after
vacuum packaging.
• When you are vacuum packaging items with sharp edges or corners, please
wrap them in soft cushioning material to protect bag from punctures.

CONTROL PANEL
Vacuum: Press to only vacuum package.
Food: Optional dry and moist two modes, the default mode is dry,
the LED indicator light up.
Dry: Suitable for dry food without soup, water or oil.
Moist: Suitable for food with soup, water or oil, the sealing time will
be longer.
Seal
1. Press to create a bottom seal when making bags from
Vacuum Roll.
2. Press to create a seal on Mylar bags (i.e. a potato chip bag) to keep
food sealed airtight.
Vac /Seal / Cancel
1. Press to vacuum and seal food directly, and it will shuts o
automatically after finishing work.
2. Press to pause vacuum or seal process at any point.
Safety Protection: When the Vac Seal or Seal indicator flashes, it
means the appliance start the Safety protection and forced to stop
for 2 minutes before it can resume normal use. The Vac Seal and Seal
function will start safety protection every 15 complete working cycles
(continuous working interval is no more than 60 seconds).

HOW TO USE THE SEALER:
HOW TO MAKE A BAG FROM A ROLL BAG AND SEAL
1. Open one end of the roll cutter, put
the vacuum bag roll between the roll cutter
and appliance.
2. Hold the bag with your left hand, and
slide the cutter button from left to right with
your right hand to get a bag with open ends
(Cutter works only from left to right, move
the cutter button on the left before use).
4. Close and lock the lid, please make sure lid is well closed. Then press
seal button, when Seal Indicator Light turns o, unlock the lid and
remove bag. Now you are ready to vacuum package with your new bag.
3. Open appliance lid and place one end
of the bag across sealing strip.

HOW TO VACUUM WITH BAGS:
1. Place item(s) in bag, allowing at least 5-7cm
of space between bag contents and
top of bag.
2. Open appliance lid and place open end of
bag into Vacuum Channel. Make sure you
stretch the bag flat.
4. When Vac Seal Indicator Light turns o, unlock, lift the lid and remove
bag. Refrigerate or freeze if needed.
3. Close and lock the lid. Press Vac Seal button
to begin vacuum and sealing process.
Appliance will automatically complete the
full process.

HOW TO VACCUM SEAL WITH
VAUUM CONTAINER:
1. Place the item you wish to seal inside the
Container, leaving at least 3cm space
between the contents and the top rim of
the Container. Insert the Accessory Hose into
the Vacuum Sealer Nozzle on your appliance.
2. Insert another end of the Accessory Hose
into the Vacuum Valve on the Container lid,
press firmly on all corners to ensure lid is
properly closed, then press vacuum button
to start vacuum process.
4. To release the vacuum in the Container, simply lifting the Vacuum
Valve gently.
3. Wait until the Vacuum process stop
automatically, now the lid can’t be opened,
which means the air was removed from
the container.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem SOLUTION
Vacuum Pump
is running,
but bag is not
evacuating
If making a bag from a roll, make sure one end of bag is sealed. See How to
Make a Bag from a Vacuum Roll.
Adjust the bag and try again. Make sure the open end of the bag is down
inside the Vacuum Channel.
Leave 5-7cm space between open end of bag and bag contents.
Check for wrinkles in bag along Sealing Strip. To prevent wrinkles in the seal,
gently stretch bag flat while inserting bag into Vacuum Channel.
Open unit and make sure Gaskets are inserted properly and there are no
foreign objects, dirt or debris on the Upper or Lower Gasket.
Gaskets may be compressed. Unlock the lid and allow 10 to 20 minutes for
Gaskets to expand.
Make sure the accessory hose is not attached to Accessory Port.
Make sure the lid is locked properly. If the two sides of the lid
are not locked entirely, there will be a leak between the Gaskets.
Bag is not
sealing
properly
Too much liquid in bag, freeze before vacuuming.
Check for food debris around seal area. If present, take out the Gasket, clean
it and reinsert Gasket into Vacuum Channel.
Bag has wrinkles: To prevent wrinkles in the seal, gently stretch bag flat while
inserting bag into Vacuum Channel.
Start Deep Sealing Mode: Quickly press Vac Seal Button twice to allow
appliance to seal bag for a longer time.
Gasket is
loose or has a
tear
Take out the Gasket, clean it and reinsert the Gasket into theVacuum Channel.
Contact an authorized party or the manufacturer for replacement.
No lights on
the Control
Panel
Make sure unit is plugged in.
Make sure wall outlet is functional.
Make sure appliance is turned on. See Appliance Structure and Control Panel
Interface.
If appliance is not in use for a long time and being kept in a humid
environment, the humidity may cause crash/damage to the circuit board. Move
appliance to dry and restart.
Contact an authorized party or the manufacturer for replacement.
Air was
removed
from the bag,
but now air
has
re-entered
Examine the seal. A wrinkle along the seal may cause air to re-enter the bag.
To prevent wrinkles in the seal, gently stretch bag flat while inserting into
Vacuum Channel.
Sometimes moisture or food material (such as juices, grease, crumbs,
powders, etc.) along seal prevents bag from sealing properly. Cut bag open,
wipe top inside of bag and reseal.
Sharp food items may have punctured bag. Use a new bag if there is a hole.
Cover sharp food items with a soft cushioning material, such as a paper towel,
and reseal.
Fermentation or the release of natural gases from inside the foods may have
occurred. When this happens, food may have begun to spoil and should be
discarded.
Bag melts
Sealing Strip may have become too hot. Always wait at least 20 seconds for
appliance to cool down before you vacuum package another item.
Use our brand bags. Our Bags and Rolls are specially designed
for our Vacuum Sealer.
