STAGE 10: THE LIGHT SWITCH
STEP 1 You will need the assembly from Stage 9
and the switch parts and ttings (Parts 10).
STEP2
STEP3
STEP 2 Place the switch into the casing. Make sure
to match the orientation shown above.
STEP 3 The switch base has a projection on the
underside that engages with a corresponding hole in
the handlebar (inset). Place the switch bracket into
the groove in the middle of the base. When placing
the base onto the handlebar (Step 4), ensure that
the circled U-shaped projection is facing inwards.
STEP 4 Prise the ends of the bracket apart slightly
and place over the handlebar, holding the base
in place. Once the bracket is in place, adjust the
position until the projection on the base engages
with the hole in the handlebar.
STEP4
In this stage, you will assemble the light switch and t it to the handelbars.

Check that the U-shaped projection (circled) is
facing inwards.
STEP 6 Insert the screw through the aligned holes
at the end of the bracket.
STEP8
STEP 7 Holding the screw in position, place the nut
onto the end of it, and then tighten them together.
STEP 8 Now place the switch onto the base,
aligning the matching pins and holes.

STAGE 11: THE UPPER SILENCER
STEP 1 Prepare the silencer parts (A, B and D) from
Parts 10. Take the pipe bracket and place it over the
front end of the silencer rear.
STEP2
STEP3
STEP 2 Slide the bracket along the silencer, up to
the line, as shown above. Make sure that the longer
end of the bracket is pointing away from the top of
the n at the end of the silencer.
STEP 3 The sections of the silencer parts are
D-shaped so that they will t together in only
one orientation.
STEP 4 Slide the silencer rear into the hole in the
silencer front.
STEP4
In this stage, you will assemble the upper silencer.
