2. An LP cylinder not connected for use shall not be stored in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
3. Do not fill the gas cylinder beyond maximum fill-line.
4. Never allow oil or grease to get hotter than 400
or 200 . If the temperature exceeds 400

If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Open lid.
4. If odor continues, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your gas supplier or your fire

2. Never operate this appliance within 10 ft (3 m) of any structure, combustible material or other gas
cylinder.

Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts
are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully
assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are
secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if necessary.
Estimated assembly time: 30 minutes.

Step 1 (The transformer assembly)
Note: Before beginning assembly, make certain all swivel casters are locked.
a) Take apart the two pre-installed bolt on cart left panel.
b) Align the two holes on transformer (H) with the two holes on left cart panel.
c) Insert one released bolt, one spring washer and one flat washer into each
pre-drilled holes and tighten by hand.
d) Align the two holes on cable clamp (AI) with the two holes on left cart panel.
e) Insert one bolt (EE), one spring washer (GG) and one flat washer (FF) into
each pre-drilled holes and tighten by hand.
f) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver provided.

Step 2 (Doors assembly)
a) Insert the bottom pin of left door
(AG) into the pre-drilled hole on
the cart bottom panel.
b) Push down the top pin of left door
and insert it into the pre-drilled
hole on the left end of cart
front beam.
c) Repeat the procedure for the
right door (AE) assembly.
d) Close the two doors.

Step 3 (Cart bottom panel assembly)
a) Align the two holes on the right cart
bottom panel (N) with the two holes
on the right bottom of body assembly (A).
b) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (AA), one
M6 flat washer (BB) and one M6 spring
washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten bolts by hand until secured.
c) Repeat the same procedure on the left
cart bottom panel (E) with the left bottom
of body assembly (A).
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.

Step 4 (Carts assembly)
a) Loosen the two pre-installed bolts on left side
of body assembly (A) and allow 1/4 bolt’s
length to extend from the body assembly.
b) Align the two holes on the left cart panel (C)
with the two bolts extended from the body
assembly (A).
c) Align the four holes on the left cart panel (C)
with the four holes on the left cart bottom
panel (E).
d) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (AA), one M6 flat
washer (BB) and one M6 spring washer (CC)
into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten bolts by
hand until secured.
e) Repeat the same procedure on the right cart
panel (M) with the right cart bottom panel (N).
f) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.

Step 5 (Side shelves assembly)
a) Loosen the two pre-installed bolts on left
side of body assembly (A) and allow

with the two bolts extended from the body
assembly.
c) Align the four holes on the left cart panel (C)
with the four holes on the left side shelf (B).
d) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (AA), one M6
flat washer (BB) and one M6 spring washer
(CC) into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten bolts
by hand until secured.
e) Repeat the same procedure on the right cart
panel (M) with the right side shelf (T).
f) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.

Step 6 (Partitions assembly)
a) Align the two holes on one the cart partition
(O) with the two holes on the right cart panel
(M).
b) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (AA), one M6
flat washer (BB) and one M6 spring washer
(CC) into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten bolts
by hand until secured.
c) Repeat the same procedure the other cart
partition (O) and the left cart panel (C).
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.

Step 7 (Side knob assembly)
a) Align the two holes on one the side
knob support (S) with the two holes
on the gas valve.
b) Insert one M4 x 10mm bolt (EE) and
tighten all bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
c) Insert the side burner knob (R) onto
the shaft of the valve.
