Warnings
Please read and understand entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate and install product.
Risk of leaks, which could lead to flooding, if not installed according to the installation instructions.
It is recommended that this system be installed by an approved or certified professional.
Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown water quality without adequate
disinfection before or after the system. Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected
waters that may contain filterable cysts.

Installation
1. Shut o water supply and select a mounting location
a) The location should allow for a minimum clearance of 2 ½ inches under the cartridge(s)
so they can be removed and replaced.
b) Provide adequate space on both sides for plumbing and also for system flushing.
2. Install gauges provided onto manifolds as shown

3. Install “T” fitting and drain shut-o valve onto outlet port ¾” NPT *Use Teflon
®
tape
4. Install manifold bracket onto wall
a) Use level and predrilled mounting holes in
the manifold bracket as guides.
b) Mark and drill anchor holes.
c) Ensure that bracket is mounted level and securely.
Note:
Entry gauge goes
on front pipe.
Exit gauge goes
on back pipe.

5. Plumb to connect ¾” NPT connections
a) Connect inlet + outlet ports of High-Flow Systems to water consuming equipment being fed.
b) Use an industry approved pipe dope or Teflon
®
tape at all connections.
c) Always use a wrench on all the fittings to avoid undue stress on system components.
d) Careful when sweating joints not to damage elastomeric components.
6. Plumb to connect to beverage center if applicable
a) Plumb to exit port of “H” Adapter if feeding
water to a carbonated beverage products.
b) Special line must run from exit port shown
directly to beverage center.
7. Install twist and lock cartridges as shown
Each cartridge will “click” into place when fully engaged after quarter turn.
8. System check and flush
a) Check all connections and proceed to turn on water supply.
b) Once system is pressurized, check for leaks.
c) Open flushing valve and flush the cartridge(s) by running water through at full force for
approx. 5 minutes. This will purge the system free of air and flush any fines, ensuring
maximum filter life and high performing water at startup.
d) After flushing, the system is ready for operation and usage.

2. When pressure on exit gauge drops below 10 psi this could be a sign that the filters are
starting to clog (which means that they are not working).
3. It is recommended that all cartridges in system be replaced at the same time.

Aquasana Pro Series systems are designed to be customized to fit your specific water
usage requirements. Below is a general guide to the installation order for filtration
cartridges. Based on your specific usage requirements, your system may not include
all cartridges shown. If you have any questions about the installation order of your

Filter Change Instructions
