4.Installationsize

Before ins tallation,  refer to the product in stallation dime nsion d rawing to d etermine

the installa tion po sition, a nde mbed cold and hot water pipes in the wall (thethr ead

andcenterdistancemustconformtotheproductsize);

Washthepipelineandthepositionwherethefaucetisinstalledwithawashingtool

toremovesediment,copperscraps,etc.

5.Installationitemsandmethods

1.Thefaucetbodyhasbeentestedanddebuggedbeforeleavingthefactory.

Pleasedonotdisassembleitbyyourself!

2.Beforeinstallingthefaucet,pleasebesuretoconfirmwhetherthewater

inletpipelineandanglevalvearecorrectlyinstalled;Theimpuritiesandsludge

intheembeddedwaterpipehavebeenremovedtoavoidblockingthefaucet

andaffectingthewateroutletfunction.

3.Afterinstallation,pleasecheckwhetherthejointsaretightlyconnectedand

whetherthepipelineleaks.

4.Theworkingwaterpressureofthefaucetis0.05MPa≤orless,andthewater

inletpressureis≤0.5MPaorless.

5.Wheninstallingandusingthefaucet,pleaseusenormaltorquetopreventthe

handleandbentfootfrombreaking.

6.Whenusing,pleaseturnoncoldwaterfirst,andthenturnonhotwaterto

adjustthetemperature,soasnottoburn.

7.Usersmustcoverandprotecttheelectroplatingproductssuchasfaucets

wheninstallingthem.Ifthereiscement,limeslurryandsanddrippingonthe

surface,itmustbecleanedwithin30minutes.

6.Repairandmaintenance

1.Tokeepthefaucetbrightandclean,pleasecleanthefaucetfrequentlyorregularly.

2.Rinsewithwateronly,anddrythefaucetwithsoftcottoncloth.

3.Donotusedetergentcontainingcoarseparticlessuchascleaningpowderor

polishingpowder,nylonbrush,emeryclothorsandpaper,avoidingwearing

theproduct.

4.Donotuseanyacidiccleaningagentorroughcleaningagentorsoaptopolish.

5.Whenthewaterflowofthefaucetisobviouslyreduced,pleasecleanthefilter

screenoftheshowerheadandtherubberparticleholeoftheshowerhead,soas

nottoaffectthewaterflowoftheshowerheadorblockitandburstit.Example:

Thewaterflowattheshowerheadisobviouslyreducedorsomerubberparticles

donotcomeout.Pleaserubtherubberparticlesattheshowerheadbyhandor

usesewingneedletomakeholesintherubberparticlesattheshowerhead.

6.Ifalotofcleaningworkisneeded,pleasefollowthefollowingprocedures:

A.Usecleanwaterandsoftclothtoremovedirtandscalefilmonthesurfaceas

faraspossible;

B.Useanyofthefollowingcleaningagentstoremovesurfacedirtandscalefilm;

Mildliquidcleaner;

Colorlessglasscleaner,powdercleanerthathasnogrindingeffectand

canbecompletelydissolved(andmixedaccordingtothemanufacturing

instructions);

Polishingliquidwithoutabrasion;

Stubborndirtcanbesoakedinhotvinegar,thenwipedwithwaxorscrubbed

withtoothpasteorwithspecialhardwarecleaner;

C.Aftercleaning,pleaseremoveallcleaningagentswithcleanwaterandwipe

themdrywithsoftcottoncloth.

1.Installationenvironment

1.Beforeinstallation,confirmwhetherthewaterinletpipelineisproperlyinstalled

andhasbeenflushedwithwater,ensurenoimpuritiesinthewaterinletpipeline.

2.Thevalvecoreofthethermostaticfaucethasbeentestedanddebuggedbythe

factory.Pleasedonotdisassembleityourself.

3.Thesizeofthepurchasedfaucetmatchesthesizeofthefaucetmountinghole.

4.Inletwaterpressurerequirement:0.05MPa≤inletpressure≤0.5MPa.Toensure

thegooduseofthefaucet,pleasekeepthewatersupplypressureofcoldandhot

waterbalanced.

5.Watertemperaturerequirements:thecoldwatertemperatureis39.2°F-84.2°F,the

hotwatertemperatureis131°F-185°F,andtherecommendednormalservice

temperatureis131°F-149°F(faucetproductsaresuitableforhotandcoldwater

supplypipesinbuildings,andthemediumtemperatureisnotmorethan185°F;

Cannotbeusedinotherfluidenvironmentsexceptwaterorforotherpurposes;

Pleasenotethattheproductorpartsmaybedamagediftheenvironmental

temperatureoftheproductistoolow(below39.2°F)ortoohigh(above185°F).

6.Wheninstallingthefaucet,besuretonoticethehotandcoldwaterinletmarks

ofthefaucet(redindicateshotwaterandblueindicatescoldwater).

7.Wheninstallingandusingthefaucet,pleaseusenormaltorquetopreventthe

handleandbentfootfrombreaking.

8.Duringtheinstallationofelectroplatingproductssuchasfaucet,itmustbe

coveredandprotected.Ifthereiscement,limeslurryandsanddrippingonthe

surface,itmustbecleanedwithin30minutes.

9.Ifcustomersgooutforalongtimeordon'tusethefaucetforalongtime,

pleaseclosethemainvalveofthefaucetfirstandturnonthefaucetswitch

toreleasethepressureandaccumulatedwaterinthefaucet.
