Warning!

To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the unit to rain or moisture. To avoid electrical

shock, do not open the unit. Refer servicing to qualified personnel only.

About operating voltage

Operate the unit with the appropriated on the outer packaging and where power cord connect with

the AC power outlet. It will be one of the following:

110V, 50~60Hz 6A

220V, 50~60Hz 3A

About safety

The nameplate indicating operating voltage, power consumption, etc. is

located on the rear panel of the subwoofer.

Unplug the unit from the wall outlet when it is not to be used for an

extended period of time. To disconnect the cord, pull it out by grasping the

plug, never pull it out by the cord.

Should any solid object or liquid into the unit, disconnect the AC power

cord, and have qualified service professional check the unit before

operating the unit again.

About installation

Do not place the unit near heat sources, rain, moisture or mechanical

shock, and ensure that there is nothing to interfere with proper

ventilation/airflow.

The unit should only be used with a cart or stand that is recommended by

the manufacturer.

The “ lightening bolt” symbol is intended to alert the user to the presence of un insulated

“dangerous voltage” with the product’s enclosure that may be of electric shock to persons.

The “exclamation mark” symbol is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating

and maintenance instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

7. Do not block any of the ventilation openings.Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s

instructions.

8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other

apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the grounding-type plug. A grounding-type plug has two

blades and a third grounding prong. The third prong is provided for your safety. When the

provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the

obsolete outlet.

10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plug,convenience

receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.

11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.

12. Use only with a cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold

with the apparatus.When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus

combination to avoid injury from tip-over.

13. Unplug this apparatus during lighting storms or when unused for long periods of time.

14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has

been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been

spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or

moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

Prepare the area where you will be installing your speaker system.

Following are some tips you may want to consider:

Select a solid location for satellite speakers and place them an appropriate distance

apart for good stereo imaging; 2ft.~3ft. (60cm.~90cm.) apart if using on a desktop

with your multimedia computer, personal stereo or mini-bookshelf audio system; at

least 3ft.~4ft. (90cm.~120cm.) apart is using fairly close to television set and at least

5ft.~8ft. (150cm.~240cm.) apart if using the as a home theater or traditional audio

setup.

The satellite speakers may also be wall mounted with optional brackets available

separately from your dealer. If you choose to mount the satellite, please select a

solid location on the wall.

Select a solid location for subwoofer (generally on the floor) which allows adequate

ventilation for the 600W RMS/480W RMS integrated Amplifier mounted in the rear

of the subwoofer enclosure. To enhance bass performance, it is generally advisable

to place the subwoofer next to a wall or solid piece of furniture with the woofer/grille

pointing away from the wall or furniture.

With the power switch in the off position and the power outlet is

not connected, refer to the instructions and illustrations below:

Turn off the computer or electrical source that you plan to connect the ANV theater.

Carefully remove the ANV theater components from their packaging.

Place the subwoofer on a flat, stable surface, preferably on the floor and apart from

the wall, allowing a space at least 4in. (0.33ft., 10.2cm.) from front, back and sides

of the unit.

Using the supplied speaker cable connect the left, right, surround left, surround right

and center satellite speakers to the subwoofer’s amplifier output. Make sure the

positive and negative speaker wires are plugged into the appropriate terminal.

Connect RCA cable to the available/selectable audio source.

Plug in the AC power cord to the wall outlet and subwoofer AC power socket.

Press the Power button on the subwoofer.

1. Be sure not to tangle the power cord with sound source cable, to prevent

the sound signal from being interfered by the electrical current.

2. Be sure to turn the volume control counterclockwise before playing from

audio source; increase the volume gradually after playing has started.

WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ANV THEATER WITH AN AUDIO

DIGITAL DECODER.

The RCA cable referred to this illustration is provided from the manufacturer if you purchased ANV

theater Speaker System Package.

Other connection:

When you connect The ANV theater with Audiophile Stereo output.

To connect with the L&R RCA jack of speaker system’s RCA cable only. This cable is provided

from the manufacturer and those RCA jacks are labeled by the characters in English and defined

as below.

Speaker Setup

For the best possible surround sound all the speakers other than the subwoofer should be the

same distance from the listening position (A).

However, this system lets you to place the center speaker up to 5ft. (150cm.)closer (B) and rear

speaker up to 15ft. (450cm.) closer (C) to the listening position.

The front speakers can be placed from 3ft. (90cm.) to 15ft. (450cm.) (A) from the listening position.

The front and center speakers should be placed as about the same height as the sitting listener’s

ears, and the rear speakers should be slightly higher in order to build an ambient sound

accompanying the main program material heard in the front speakers.

You can place the subwoofer at any position. But you should try to put the subwoofer facing

different directions, then you will know which direction can provide the best sound effects.

You can place the rear speakers either behind you or to the side, depending on the shape of your

room, etc.

Regarding Volume adjustment, you should firstly turn both Master Volume Subwoofer Volume and

Subwoofer feq cut/off to minimum position. Then you turn on the Master Volume to suitable

position, finally you turn on the Subwoofer Volume and Subwoofer feq cut/off to get the bass you

desire.

Speaker Wire Connections:

For ANV theatwer connections, all speaker terminals have been identified polarity to use red color

to denote the (+) terminal and black color for ( - ) terminal. And the (+) polarity of lead of speaker

wire is noted with the red stripe line which must be connected to the red terminal.

It is important to connect both speakers identically : (+) of speaker terminal to the (+) of subwoofer

terminal and ( - ) of speaker terminal to the ( - ) of subwoofer terminal. Wiring “ out of phase

“ results in thin sound, weak bass and a poor stereo effect.

Speaker Placement Distance

You can vary the distance of each speaker as follows. The default adjustments are the

parentheses.

F.DIST.12ft. (360cm.) (Front speakers distance) Front speaker distance can be set in 1ft.

(30cm.) steps from 3ft. (90cm.) to 15ft. (450cm.)

C.DIST.12ft. (360cm.) (center speaker distance) Center speaker distance can be set in 1ft.

(30cm.) steps from a distance equal to front speaker distance to a distance 5ft. (150cm.)

closer to your listening position.

R.DIST. 12ft. (360cm.) (rear speakers distance) Rear speaker distance can be set in 1ft.

(30cm.) steps from a distance equal the front speaker distance to a distance 15ft. (450cm.)

closer to your listening position.

Speaker Installation

You can select any methods to install your speaker that you desire.

Speaker Stand, Jaton also provide speaker stand for all satellites speaker (L, R, SL, SR and

C), please contact Jaton for more detail.

Speaker mounting, on the back side of each satellite speaker, it has an screw holder which

can be used to mount the speaker either on the wall with a wall mounting kit or on a speaker

stand by using screw type M6 whit-worth type, angle 55

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you experience any of the following difficulties while using the system, use this

troubleshooting guide to help you remedy the problem. Should any problem persist, consult

your nearest JATON dealer.

ควรจัดเตรียมพื้นที่กอนการติดตั้งชุดลําโพง

ขอเสนอแนะสําหรับการติดตั้ง

* ถาตองการมิติเสียงแบบสเตริโอที่ดี ควรวางลําโพงหางกันประมาณ 90 - 120 ซม. และสําหรับระบบโฮมเธียเตอรควรวาง

ลําโพงหางกันประมาณ 150 - 240 ซม.

* สําหรับลําโพงแซทเทิ่ลไลท สามารถที่จะติดตั้งไวที่ผนังได โดยใชอุปกรณขายึดพิเศษ (ไมมีใหมา) และกอนการติดตั้ง

ควรตรวจสอบผนังวามีความแข็งแรงเพียงพอหรือไม

* การจัดวางลําโพงซับวูฟเฟอร ตําแหนงที่ดีที่สุดคือบริเวณจุดกึ่งกลางระหวางลําโพงคูหนาซายและขวา และการวางชิด

ผนังหรือเฟอรนิ

เจอรภายในบานยังสงผลถึงคุณภาพเสียง ซึ่งถาคอยๆขยับปรับวางที่ละนิดจะชวยใหไดเสียงเบสที่มีคุณ

ภาพมากขึ้นดวย

กอนการติดตั้งควรปดสวิทเพาเวอร และดึงปลั๊กไฟออกจากเตารับไฟ โดยทําตามคําแนะนําและดูภาพประกอบ

* ปดสวิทเครื่องที่จะนํามาเชื่อมตอ

* คอยๆยายชุดลําโพงออกจากกลองดวยความระมัดระวัง

* วางลําโพงซับวูฟเฟอรบนพื้นที่ราบเรียบและมั่นคง และวางหางจากผนังอยางนอยที่สุด 4 นิ้วจากดานหนา, ดานหลัง

และดานขางเครื่อง

* ใชสายลําโพงที่ใหมาเชื่อมตอกับลําโพงคูหนา, เซ็นเตอร และคูหลังไปยังขั้วตอดานหลังของลําโพงซับวูฟเฟอร และควร

ตรวจสอบขั้วบวกและลบใหถูกตองกอนทําการเชื่อมตอ (เสนลายแดงเขาที่ขั้วแดง และเสนท

ี่ไมมีลายเขาที่ขั้วดํา)

* ตอสาย RCA เขากับเครื่องเลนดีวีดี (หรืออุปกรณอื่นที่จะนํามาใชงาน)

* นําปลั๊กไฟเสียบเขาที่ชองรับที่ตัวซับวูฟเฟอร แลวจึงนําไปเสียบตอที่เตารับไฟ

* เปดปุม POWER ที่ตัวลําโพงซับวูฟเฟอร

1. ตองแนใจวาสายไฟไมไปพันกับสายสัญญาณเสียง เพื่อปองกันสัญญาณเสียงรบกวนจากกระแสไฟ

2. ตองแนใจวาไดหมุนปุม Volume ลดระดับสุ

ดแลว กอนการใชงาน แลวจึงคอยๆเพิ่มระดับเสียงขึ้นเมื่อเริ่มเลน

1. ปุมปรับระดับเสียง Subwoofer : หมุนปรับไปทางซายจนสุด จากนั้นจึงคอยๆเรงระดับขึ้นมาจนไดระดับเสียงที่พึงพอใจ

2. ปุมปรับระดับเสียง Subwoofer Feq Cut/Off: หมุนปรับไปทางซายจนสุด จากนั้นจึงคอยๆเรงระดับขึ้นมาจนไดระดับ

เสียงที่พึงพอใจ

3. ปุมปรับระดับเสียงของลําโพงแซทเทิ่ลไลททั้ง 5 แชนแนล : หมุนปรับไปทางซายจนสุด จากนั้นจึงคอยๆเรงระดับขึ้นมา

จนไดระดับเสียงที่พึงพอใจ

4. ชอง RCA : ชองเชื่อมตอสัญญาณเสียงขาเขา

5. C, SR, SL, R, L

: ชองเสียบสายลําโพงไปยังลําโพงแซทเทิ่ลไลททั้ง 5 ตู

6. ปุม POWER : ปุมเปด/ปด การทํางาน

7. ชองเสียบสายไฟ AC : ไปยังเตารับไฟ

การเชื่อมตอลําโพงและแหลงโปรแกรม

เมื่อเชื่อมตอกับเครื่องเลนดีวีดี

นําสายสัญญาณ RCA ทั้ง 6 ขั้วที่ออกมาจากชอง RCA มาเสียบเขากับเครื่องเลนดีวีดีโดยเสียบตามสัญลักษณใหถูกตองดัง
