The manufacturer declines any responsibility for possible inexact information
contained in this manual and due to printing or transcription errors.
We reserve the right to make any changes that we believe are necessary or useful
without affecting the essential features.
The partial or total reproduction or photocopying or texts or pictures of this
instruction manual is not allowed without prior authorisation.

1) GENERAL WARNINGS
Only qualified installed and personnel authorised by the manufacturer can carry out
installation, start-up and maintenance operations on the equipment.
Read the instructions contained in this manual very carefully, as they are very
important for safety in case of installation, use and maintenance.
1.The appliance must be used only for its intended purpose, i.e. for holding previously
chilled food or drinks; the appliance is not designed for any other use that is therefore
prohibited.
2.The room conditions for the proper operation of the appliance must be a temperature of
25°C with 60% humidity.
3.Once unpacked, make sure that the appliance has not been damaged.
4.Before positioning and installing the unit, check that power and voltage requirements
shown on the data plate are equivalent to the specifications of power supply on site.
The data plate ( see image A ) is on the lower right-hand side of the serving side.

5.In case of malfunctioning, turn off the appliance immediately and interrupt and/or close
all connections.
4
2) SPECIAL WARNINGS FOR POSITIONING AND CONNECTION
According to prescriptions, a unipolar switch with contacts open at least 3 mm per pole
must be installed between the equipment and the power supply network. In addition, the
ground wire must not be interrupted.
Stand the refrigerated unit so that the airing grids of the condensing units are not
obstructed by walls, furniture or other equipment. Keep at a minimum distance of 200 mm.
3) POSITIONING
Remove the protective film from the appliance.
Position the appliance perfectly levelled; in case of uneven floors, the appliance can be set
into position adjusting the height of the feet.
4) REFRIGERATED DISPLAY COUNTER
If the display unit is supplied without the cabinet underneath, stand it on top of a suitably
insulated top absolutely not heated; this enables to avoid heat dispersion.
To ensure the regular flow of chilled air inside the display counter, special attention must
be paid when fitting the shelves that must be done following the instructions below.
The correct installation will ensure that even temperatures are maintained inside the
unit in the full respect of hygiene standards.
5
5) LAWS AND DIRECTIVES
When connecting the appliance, comply with the following prescriptions:
1.Current building regulations and fire safety prescriptions
2.Current safety standards
3.Installation rules, CEI STANDARDS.
6) ELECTRICAL AND EQUIPOTENTIAL CONNECTION
The power cord can be reached by unscrewing and opening the vent on the right (serving
side).
The on/off switch before the appliance must be near it and easy to reach.
The appliance is normally supplied with the cord already fitted.
In case of replacement use a H05 RN-F3X1.5 sq.mm cord. It must be fitted into the cable
fastener and locked. Each wire must be fixed to the relevant terminal; the earth wire must
be longer than the other wires so that if pulled the latter is disconnected only after the
power wires.
Safety is guaranteed only when the appliance has proper grounding as currently
prescribed.
The appliance must be included in the equipotential system.
The screw is on the lower part of the right side (serving side) and it is marked by the
symbol :
7) CONDENSATION WATER DRAINING
Water is drained by falling on special basins fitted on runners underneath.
Water can be drained directly into a trap (see installation diagrams for correct positioning).
6
8) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Read the instructions contained in this paragraph very carefully; they contain
general instructions concerning safety, operation and maintenance of the appliance.
The appliance has already been submitted to a strict control by qualified personnel at the
end of the process.
Any repairs that may become necessary in time should be carried out only by qualified
personnel.
We suggest to apply always to the dealer where the unit has been purchased and possibly
with the most precise information concerning the inconvenience and the data plate
features.
This information will help the service centre.
At the end of every day, clean the unit thoroughly (see page 10). This guarantees the long
life of the appliance.
At the end of daily use, remember to switch off the appliance and disconnect power
supply to it.
When equipped with wheels, 2 of the 4 will be lockable. If the equipment has to be moved,
switch it off before performing this operation and disconnect power supply.
Non-compliance with these instructions may affect the safety of the appliance and of the
user. The manufacturer declines any responsibility in case the original functionality of the
appliance has been affected because of non-compliance with instructions or when devices
have been added or changed.
9) CLEANING AND CARE
Warning: when cleaning the appliance, do not wash it with a direct or pressurised
jet.
A new appliance needs cleaning before using it for the first time.
Unplug the appliance, clean it with hot water and suitable common detergents.
Do not clean with acid or corrosive substances, common steel pads or brushes that may
deposit ferrous particles that oxidise causing rust spots.
Stainless steel wool can be used externally rubbing it in the direction of the satin finish.
If the appliance is not used for long periods, rub a cloth dipped in vaseline oil over surfaces
to cover them with a protective film and air the room where the appliance is stored
periodically.
When the appliance is not being used, clean the chamber and leave the doors slightly
open to allow air to circulate and avoid the development of mould and unpleasant smells.
Clean the condenser of the condenser unit at least every three months.
Warning: in case of prolonged inactivity, disconnect the appliance.

11) USE AND OPERATION
1.Switch the appliance on (ON/OFF switch).
2.Set the desired temperatures. The appliance takes one hour to reach operating
temperature.
3.To ensure that the food and/or drinks are always kept at the right temperature, it is
advisable to set the thermostats at a temperature of respectively -0/+2°C (Thermostat
Top/tank) 0/+6°C (Thermostat cell) und +5/10°C (Thermostat display counter)
4.In the refrigerated display counter make sure to avoid obstructing the ventilation areas
(suction/flowing) to ensure that cold air circulates properly. It is also important to keep the
sliding doors closed as much as possible to avoid the temperature rising inside the unit. In
case of models equipped with a heatless curtain on customers' side, keep it open only the
time strictly necessary for serving.
