Wall outlet has no power. Check circuit and fuse; try another socket.

peculiar smell
New unit.
Air unit out in cool place for 12 hours
without the tank on the unit.
The water is dirty or stale.
Thoroughly clean unit and place fresh water
in bottle (tank).

Place the unit on a stable,
waterproof surface.
