Warranty Information
• Whether you bought your PKG product from us or one of our retail partners,
contact us directly with any questions, we are happy to help out!
• All PKG products come with a full replacement, 10-year limited warranty from
any manufacturer defects, including stitching, zippers, straps, lining, etc.... If it
breaks because of something we messed up, we will replace it at no cost to you!
• Warranty cases may be resolved by returning the product directly to the reseller
with a dated proof of purchase.
• We require proof of purchase and may require photo’s for our records.
• These warranties do not apply to any product determined by PKG to have been
subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect or mishandling that alters or damages
physical or electronic properties.
