Installation Method:
Attention One: Install the knife
correctly according to the picture. The
knife needs to be installed in reverse,
otherwise it will damage the knife.
Attention Two: Using the machine for
a long time can shorten the service life
of the motor. It is recommended that
the continuous use should not exceed
one hour to improve the service life of
machine. It is best for machine to rest
15 mins after working for half an hour
continuously.

Use and Maintenance
Before use, make sure that the voltage and frequency indicated on the bottom plate
are the same as your local supply, and that the external earthed wire is reliable
connected.
Please wash all the parts contacting with the food in warm soapy water, followed by
T-joint, transmission anger, cutting blades, meat plates. (Do not wash the parts that
do not touch food) Then tighten the nut, connect the power, open the control switch,
the machine start working.
Before plugging in, ensure switch is off.
Cutting meat into strips or cubes that smaller than the opening on the feeding tube.
Note: make sure the meat is free of bone, tough tendon and meat skin, etc.
Place the meat onto the tray. Use pusher to gently push the meat into the cutting
housing.
Do not grind hard foods such as bone and nuts.
When finished mince the meat, please turn off the device and unplug from its
electrical outlet.
Clean the device thoroughly, add oil to the accessories which directly contact the
meat. A little salad oil on machine accessories after washing and drying will keep
them lubricated.
Never try to undo the parts or to repair the unit by yourself. If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord from your dealer or its service agent.
Trouble Shooting
If the minced meat is not discharged smoothly or in the form of plate, the cause and
remedies could be:
The screw cap is too tight or cutting blade does not contact properly with the cutting
plate. Readjust it.
The cutting plate is blocked. Clean it.
Cutting blade edge are dull. Grind or replace the blade.
Fats from meat can build up inside the grinder tube which may damage the motor. If
this occurs, stop the grinder immediately and wash parts in warm water.
When the motor is locked, or when the motor continues to function, but no meat
comes out of cutting plate, due to jamming of bone or other materials that stop the
motor, please switch off, and clearing jamming of bone or other materials.
Safety Precautions:
This product is appropriate for indoor use only.
Unplug when assembling or disassembling the unit. Close supervision is necessary
when appliance is used near children.
Never immerse product, cord, or plug in liquids.
Allow adequate cooling time before removing any appliance parts.
During operation, place the device on a leveled surface.
Unplug the product from its electrical outlet source prior to operating or cleaning.
Do not immerse motor housing in water, but only wipe it with a damp cloth.
Care is need when handing cutting blade during cleaning.
