RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS (RESETTING AND PAIRING)

1. Please place both TWS into the charging case and close the lid (about 3 seconds).

2. Please open the lid of the charging case, and long-press the reset button inside the

case(about 8-12 seconds), please note that you need to release your hand as soon as all 4

white lights above the reset button are on.

3. Then you will see the light blinking slowly in the right or left touch area (Two sides flash

quickly for about two seconds, and then the right/left side flashes slowly.), which means

SportSound has been reset and is ready for pairing.

4. Please continue to keep the lid open, then go to Bluetooth settings and select "Palovue

SportSound" on your Bluetooth audio device.

- Once successful, there are two prompts: "pairing successful" and " connected".

- Once reconnected, there is a prompt "connected".

WEARING

CHARGING

The TWS will start charging once they are placed into the charging case and the lid closed.

The charging case LED will indicate the charging status:

· Charging: Solid red light on case.

· Fully charged: Solid green light on case.

* To shortly press the button on the charging case, it will indicates the power of the case.

Step 1:Place the earbuds into your each ear, like picture 1.

Step 2: Whirl the earbuds to be comfortable, like picture 2.

Step 3: Put on the ear hooks and adjust to fit your ears, ensure the Mic 1 align with mouth, like

picture 3.

To achieve the most comfortable fit and sound for your TWS, take time to test out the various tip

sizes to find the best fitting size. It is normal to use differently sized tips in each ear.

The Palovue® TWS App lets you do the following:

· Customize the touch control of your SportSound TWS Earbuds.

· Update your earbuds when new features and improvements are available.

· Open/Close the Noise Cancelling Mode.

WARM TIPS

If there is any questions or issues, please contact with PALOVUE Support Team, we will respond to

you in 24 hours.

1. After you get the product, please pick up the earbuds and remove a film between the

charging pins and earbuds(The film is used to prevent the battery from running out during the

shipping process), and then put the earbuds back into the charging case for charging, which

can ensure that the product can be used effectively. Then, please reset it before use.

2. Please clean the earbuds and charging post's pogo pins regularly to avoid poor

contact due to dirt.

3. SportSound earbuds can be set in the SportSound APP to turn on/off the noise-reduction

mode, and the first call after setting will take effect. (Note that the settings during the call

cannot take effect immediately)

1. When there is no sound on one side of both earbuds or not being able to pair: please charge

for one hour first and follow the above steps to factory reset, and then ignore the SportSound

earbuds (if any) from the Bluetooth list of the phone and re-pair it.

2. When PALOVUE SportSound APP can not be used normally: please uninstall, and then

re-download it.

3. If the other party finds your voice too low during the call or about wearing problems: please

try to replace the ear-tips of different models, and then please follow the above-mentioned

wearing style to wear and try to adjust the wearing position to get the best comfort.

1. Legen Sie bitte beide TWS in den Ladekoffer und schließen Sie den Deckel (ca. 3 Sekunden).

2. Bitte öffnen Sie den Deckel des Ladekoffers und drücken Sie lange auf die Reset-Taste im

Inneren des Koffers (ca. 8-12 Sekunden). Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie Ihre Hand loslassen

müssen, sobald alle 4 weißen Lichter über der Reset-Taste leuchten.

3. Dann sehen Sie, dass das Licht im rechten oder linken Touch-Bereich langsam blinkt (zwei

Seiten blinken schnell für etwa zwei Sekunden und dann blinkt die rechte oder linke Seite

langsam.), was bedeutet, dass SportSound zurückgesetzt wurde und zum Pairing bereit ist.

MISE EN CHARGE

Le TWS commencera à se charger une fois qu'il est placé dans l'étui de charge et que le

Le LED de l'étui de charge indiquera l'état de charge :

Étape 3: Mettez les crochets d'oreille et les ajustez pour qu’ils s'adaptent à vos oreilles,

assurez-vous que le MIC 1 s'aligne avec la bouche, comme sur l'image 3.

Pour obtenir l'ajustement et le son les plus confortables pour votre TWS, prenez le temps de

tester les différentes tailles d'embouts pour trouver la meilleure taille d'ajustement. Il est normal

d'utiliser des embouts de tailles différentes dans chaque oreille.

L'application Palovue TWS vous permet de réaliser les opérations suivantes :

-Personnalisez le contrôle tactile de vos écouteurs SportSound TWS.

-Mettre à jour vos écouteurs lorsque de nouveaux fonctionnements et améliorations sont

disponibles.

-Ouvrir/fermer le mode de suppression du bruit.
