3 Stage Knife

Sharpener Tip Sheet

Thanks so much for purchasing our 3 Stage Knife Sharpener, we really

appreciate it! Here are some simple how-to tips to get you started

•

For Stainless Steel knives, use the slots marked “Coarse” and

“Fine” only. If your knife is on the dull side, start with the

“Coarse” slot.

•

Place the knife in the “Coarse” slot and draw it towards

you

2 or 3 times. Do not push it back and forth, only pull it

towards you.

•

Next , move your knife to the “Fine” slot and repeat the

process, pulling it towards you 2 or 2 times.

•

If needed, repeat the process with the “Fine” Slot until you

achieve the desired sharpness for your blade.

•

For Ceramic Knives, place your knife in the slot marked

“Ceramic”. Draw it towards you 2 or 3 times.

•

Repeat as needed until you reach the desired sharpness.

•

Finally, please do not use our sharpener for serrated knives

or scissors, as this could potentially damage them.
