SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT TO BE READ AND OBSERVED

warnings, to be observed at all times. The manufacturer declines any
liability for failure to observe these safety instructions, for inappropriate
use of the appliance or incorrect setting of controls.
SAFETY WARNINGS
•
Very young children (0-3 years) should be kept away from the
appliance and its cord. Young children (3-8 years) should be kept away
from the appliance unless continuously supervised. Children from 8
years old and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge can use this
appliance only if they are supervised or have been given instructions on
safe use and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried
out by children without supervision.
INSTALLATION
•
Use protective gloves to unpack and install - risk of cuts.
•
Installation, including water supply (if any) and electrical connections,
andrepairsmustbecarriedoutbyaqualiedtechnician.Donotrepair
orreplace anypart ofthe applianceunless specicallystatedinthe
user manual. Keep children away from the installation site. After
unpacking the appliance, make sure that it has not been damaged
during transport. In the event of problems, contact the dealer or your
nearest After-sales Service. Once installed, packaging waste (plastic,
Styrofoam parts etc.) must be stored out of reach of children - risk of
suffocation. The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply
before any installation operation - risk of electrical shock. During
installation, make sure the appliance does not damage the power cable
-riskofreorelectricalshock.Onlyactivatetheappliancewhenthe
installation has been completed.

ELECTRICAL WARNINGS
•
Ensure that the appliance is connected to an electrical source
havingvalueswithinthosespeciedonapplianceratinglabel.
•
It must be possible to disconnect the appliance from the power
supply by unplugging it if plug is accessible, or by a multi-pole switch
installed upstream of the socket in accordance with the wiring rules and
the appliance must be earthed in conformity with national electrical
safety standards.
•
Do not use extension leads, multiple sockets or adapters. The
electrical components must not be accessible to the user after
installation. Do not use the appliance when you are wet or barefoot. Do
not operate this appliance if it has a damaged power cable or plug, if it
is not working properly, or if it has been damaged or dropped.
•
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced with an identical
onebythemanufacturer,itsserviceagentorsimilarlyqualiedpersons
in order to avoid a hazard - risk of electrical shock.

Do not let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter or let it
touch hot surfaces.

Before disconnecting the appliance, let it cool down.

Do not pull the appliance by power supply cable

Take care to avoid any spillage on the electrical connections.
PERMITTED USE
•
WARNING: the appliance is not intended to be operated by means
of an external switching device, such as a timer, or separate remote
controlled system.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, ofcesand other

working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels, bed &
breakfast and other residential environments.
•
This product is not intended for commercial use. Do not use the
appliance outdoors.
•
Do not immerse the appliance body, cord or plug in water or other
liquid - Risk of electric shock.
•
Disconnect the appliance from power supply when not in use.
•
Before disconnecting the appliance, let it cool down.
•
Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is running. Always
switch off and disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling, changing
accessories, approaching parts that move in use or cleaning. To
disconnect,turnunitoff,graspplug,andpulloutfromwalloutlet.Never
yank on cord.

Do not place objects in the appliance
•
Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the appliance as it can be
ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
•
Don’t operate hard food for more than 10 seconds continuously.
•
Do not use accessories other than those supplied with the appliance.
•
WARNING: Ensure that the appliance is switched off before
removing it from the stand if present.
•
Always check that the control is OFF before plugging cord into wall
outlet. To disconnect, turn the control to OFF, then remove plug from
wall outlet.
•
WARNING:Neverassembleordisassembletheblenderjartothe
motor base while the power is on
•
Take care when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the
bowl and during cleaning - risk of cuts.
•
Do not exceed the maximum indication on the blender jar.
•
If food sticks to the wall of the blender jar, switch off the appliance
and unplug it. Then use a spatula to remove the food from the wall.
•
Do not operate the blender for more than 30 seconds without any
ingredient. It may lead to overheating.
•

•
Do not let the appliance run for more than 3 minutes at a time. Let
the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue
processing.
•
Always make sure the lid is properly closed/ assembled on the jar
and the measuring cup is inserted properly in the lid before you switch
on the appliance.
•
Do not use glass jar right after taking it out from dishwasher or
refrigerator. Let it stay at room temperature for at least 5 min before
use.
•
For your protection, this unit has an interlock system not to allow
the appliance to operate unless it is correctly assembled. Do not tamper
the interlock switch

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
WARNING: Ensure that the appliance is switched off and
disconnected from the power supply before performing any maintenance
operation; never use steam cleaning equipment or spray detergents on
the appliance - risk of electric shock.
•
Wipe the base, control knob, and feet with a damp cloth. All
removable parts can be washed in hot, sudsy water. After washing
rinse, dry immediately and thoroughly.
•
Donotcleantheappliancewithammableorexplosiveliquids.Do
not use any harsh solvents, alkaline cleaning agents, abrasive cleansers
or scouring agents of any kind when cleaning. Do not immerse the
appliance in water for cleaning.

0 position automatically. Operate several times
until the desired consistence.
7. If you want to add ingredients while the blender
is working, remove the measuring cup and place
through the lid opening. (See Fig. 4)
8. When crushing ice or hard food, keep one hand
rmlyonthelid.
9. When the consistence you desire is obtained,
turn the knob to 0 position.
Note:Foreachuse,theconsecutiveoperation
time should not exceed 3 minutes. At least 10
minutes rest time must be maintained between two
continuous cycles. In any case, let the unit cool to
room temperature before performing next operation
cycle.
Note:Ifyouwanttostopthemachineduring
operation, turn the knob to 0 position anytime.
IMPORTANT OPERATING TIPS
Note:Forbestcirculationoffoodthataretobe
blended with some liquid, pour the liquid into
thejarrst,thenaddsolids.
Note:Someofthetasksthosecannotbe
performedefcientlywithablenderare:
beating egg whites, whipping cream, mashing
potatoes, grinding meat, mixing dough, extracting
juice from fruit and vegetable.
Attention: The following items should never be
placed in the unit as they may cause damage:
bones, large pieces of solid, frozen food, or tough
foods such as turnips.
Note:Tocrushice,addupto6icecubes.If
more ice is needed, remove the cup and add
cubes one by one through the lid opening.
CARE AND CLEANING
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer
toqualiedservicepersonnel.
1. Before cleaning, unplug the blender.
2. Always wash immediately after use for easier
cleaning. Don’t let food dry on the jar assembly
asthiswillmakecleaningdifcult.
3. Pour a little warm soapy water into the jar and turn
the knob to P position for a few seconds and then
empty the jar.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
1. Before the rst use, unpack the appliance and
place all parts on a horizontal surface.
2. The jar assembly (including measuring cup, lid,
jar unit) has already been assembled into the
motor unit. Disassemble to wash all detachable
parts except the motor unit. Refer to the chapter
CAREANDCLEANING.
3. Once all the pieces have been cleaned and dry
thoroughly, reassemble.
4. Place the measure cup exactly into the lid by
ttingthe small projection on thebothsides of
the cup into the slots of the lid and turning the
cup clockwise until tight.
5. Finally, place the assembled jar onto the motor
unit by aligning the arrow symbol on the jar
base to the unlock symbol on the motor unit and
turning the jar clockwise until tight. (See Fig.1
and 2).
Attention: Do not try to twist the jar and jar
base onto motor unit.
USING THE BLENDER
1. Peel or pit fruit or vegetables and then cut it into
small dices.
2. Place the food to be blended into the jar
Note:Usually,certainamountofpuriedwater
has to be added to make the running of trhe
appliance smoother. The suggested proportion of the
food and water is 2:3.The amount of mixture should
not exceed the max level as indicated on the jar.
Attention: never use boiling liquids or run the
appliance empty.
3. Put the lid on the jar. Be sure the measuring cup
is in place. (See Fig. 3)
4. Plug the power cord into a standard wall outlet.
5. Turn the speed knob to the selected speed.
6. For quick or delicate blending tasks, turn the
speed knob to P position and hold for a few

in water
Attention: Leave to dry upside down away
from children.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth and dry
thoroughly. Remove stubborn spots by rubbing with
a non-abrasive cleaner. If liquids spill into the motor
unit;rstunplugtheunit,thenwipewithadampcloth
and dry thoroughly.
Attention: Do not immerse the motor unit in
liquid to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Attention: Do not use rough scouring pads or
cleansersonpartsornish.

The packaging material is 100%
recyclable and is marked with the recycle
symbol (*). The various parts of the
packaging must therefore be disposed of
responsibly and in full compliance with

disposed of correctly, you will help prevent negative

The (*) symbol on the product or on the accompanying
