Step #1

• Fasten the rubber bumpers to unit as follows:

1. Insert screw through the hole on the rubber bumper from the

countersunk side.

2. Insert screw through the first diamond or slot on both sides of

the weld seam and approximately 2” from the top and bottom.

3. Place washer and nut on screws and tighten.

Step #2

• Install clamp unit and fasten to pole:

1. Loop strap on the clamp through the third diamond or slot on

each side of the weld seam approximately 21/2” to 3” from the

top and bottom leaving the worm drive on the outside of the

unit.

2. Place the unit against the pole. Wrap the strap around the

pole, engage the strap into the worm drive and tighten the

drive screw with the flat screwdriver. Do this on both straps.

This may require 2 people.

3. Cut off the excess strap with the snips.

recommendations

In order to prevent scratching on any of the finished pieces, we recommend

this unit be assembled on cardboard or a dropcloth.

During assembly, leave all nuts and bolts finger tight until entire unit is completely assembled.

This allows you to level all necessary components. Once unit is completely assembled and leveled,

proceed to tighten all nuts and bolts.

For cleaning, use mild household cleansers or soap and water.

DONOT USE VINYL CLEANSERS OR PROTECTANTS.

All assembly instructions and parts lists are included in box or taped to product.
