(1/4 oz = 1.5 tsps)
• White Vinegar
• Bucket
1) Unplug machine.
2) Wipe down machine with hot water to remove surface
scale, syrup, or other dust and dirt.
3) Use cloth and vinegar to wipe off and remove hard water
scale and material deposits.
4) Wipe off vinegar with hot water and
the cloth from step 2.
5) Mix Bleach and 1/2 gal of warm water in
Bucket to create sanitizing solution
6) Use new cloth and sanitizing solution and wipe machine
with plenty of solution. and wipe machine with
plenty of solution.
7) Allow machine to air dry before using machine.
DO NOT IMMERSE MACHINE | REMOVE POWER BEFORE MAINTENANCE

Always unplug machine before performance any maintenance efforts.
■ MOTOR DOES NOT TURN - Check power supply and breakers are on. Unplug
machine and check for jammed ice. Pour hot water through machine to remove
jammed snow.
■ ICE SPINS SNOW WILL NOT COME OUT: Ice piece(s) too large. Dump out ice and
use smaller ice pieces. Use ice pick to make smaller ice.
■ BLADE WILL NOT SHAVE: Blade may be dull. Replace blade
(See order information).
■ SNOW CLOGGED EXIT: Unplug. Scoop out exit or pour hot water through machine.
■ GRINDING RUBBING BANGING NOISE: Foreign material in Ice Chamber. Unplug
and remove all ice and objects. Replace blade if damaged.
■ SLUSH NOT SNOW: Ice is too warm. Place in freezer to harden before use.

TROUBLESHOOTING
1) Lift Lid and pour in hard frozen ice cubes
2) Hold cup at snow exit opening
3) Gently close Lid to shave snow into cup
4) Refill with ice as needed
5) Unplug power and wipe dry for storage
