Tools Required Parts List
We recommend a professional do your installation if you are NOT familiar Reciprocating Saw (1) Driver Side Cap
with using any of the Tools Required. Tape Measure (1) Passenger Side Cap
Drill Motor (10) Black Pins
Please read instructions before beginning installation. 1/4" Drill Bit
Be sure you have all tools required before you begin.
NOTE: Park vehicle on a level surface
1) Measure 3 1/2" from the Bumper Pad toward the outside
of the bumper both on the top of the bumper and the front of
the bumper and mark with tape
Top Bumper - Measure 3 1/2" from the Bottom of the Tapered
Edge of the Bumper Pad
Bumper Pad
Front Bumper - Measure 3 1/2" from the Bottom of the Tapered
Edge of the Bumper Pad
NOTE: The 3 1/2" is not a precise measurement - You can be a Tad Off
Bumper Pad 3.5" Measure 3.5" from the Bottom
of the Tapered Edge toward the
Bottom of Tapered Edge Outside of the Bumper
3 1/2" Looking Down Top Bumper OutSide Bumper
2) Using a Reciprocating Saw cut along the INSIDE edge of the tape
line where you measured at the 3 1/2" Mark
NOTE: You will be cutting
through both the plastic
and metal portions of
the bumper
INSIDE EDGE
3) Place the caps on the bumper - Make sure they are aligned
properly on the bumper (Fig. 5)
NOTE: There is a Drivers Side and Passenger Side
(Caps are marked on the bottom)

Instructions Continued from the Front.
4) Using a 1/4" Drill Bit - Drill the installation holes using the Five
(5) pre-drilled holes in the Bumper Cap as a guide
NOTE: There are (5) Pre-Drilled Holes on each Bumper Cap
(2) on Top & (2) on Front & (1) on Bottom of Cap
5) With the Holes aligned - Install the Black Plastic Pin Plugs
pushing through the Bumper Cap into the holes in the bumper.
You are now complete and the Bumper Cap is Installed.
REPEAT STEPS 1 through 5 FOR INSTALLING CAP ON OPPOSITE SIDE
