Grate Clip

Made from heavy duty stainless steel, the Grate Clip easily mounts to any grill

grate or oven rack. Attach a temperature probe and start monitoring ambient

temperatures in your oven, grill or smoker. Unlike dome thermometers, or

oven sensors, the Grate Clip allows you place your temperature probe 1" above

the cooking surface for a more accurate indication of what temperatures are

where your food is actually cooking.

Instructions, Tips and Cautions

• Designed for probes 0.12" dia. and smaller

• Use hot pads or gloves when removing the clip from grate. It may be hot!

• Pinch the grate clip until the probe can slide through both holes.
