WARNINGS
This appliance is intended for domestic
household use only and should not be
used for any other purpose or in any
other application, such as for
non-domestic use or in a commercial
environment.
This appliance shall not be used by
children. Keep the appliance and its cord
out of reach of children.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
Always disconnect the appliance from
the power supply if it is left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
Do not allow children to use the blender
without supervision.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect
from the supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that
move in use.
Warning: Always turn off and unplug the
appliance before cleaning.

Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods.
Avoid contacting moving parts.

GETTING STARTED
ATTENTION: Always check the mixer is switched off.
Attach two dough hooks or beaters by inserting them into the holes of the
appliance.
NOTE: Never use beaters and dough hooks together.
OPERATION
Speed control
Set the speed switch to adjust the desired speed.
0: stop 1~5: slow to very fast
Do not operate this appliance for more than 3 minutes without
interruption at speed 1 to 5. Allow it to cool down to room temperature
before continuing again.
Turbo button
For a short high-speed burst, press and release the button. It can be
operated without interruption for a maximum of 1 minute.
To detach dough hooks or beaters
Ensure the speed switch is set to the “0” position. Press firmly the eject
button to release the dough hooks or beaters.
Operating procedure
1. Set the speed switch to the 0 position.
2. Plug in the mixer.
3. Thrust the beaters or hooks into the food to be mixed.

Adjust the speed:
1 – Fold: flour, butter and potatoes
2 - Blend: salad dressing
3 - Mix: cakes, cookies and quick breads
4 - Cream: butter, sugar, uncooked candy and desserts
5 - Whip: eggs, cooked icings, potatoes and cream.
Keep TURBO pressed to accelerate the speed if required.
4. Gently move the appliance up and down while mixing.
5. When you have finished mixing, switch off and unplug the appliance
from the mains socket.
CLEANING
Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
Remove the mixer accessories.
Clean the accessories in warm soapy water.
Clean the appliance with a damp cloth.
NOTE: Never immerse the appliance or its lead in water.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross
contamination from different types of food, the use of hot clean water
with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come
into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to
avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contamination.
