Caution:
Do not place this product in environments of extreme heat (i.e. heaters, fire places etc...) or areas of
extreme humidity (such as kitchens, bathroom, spa’s etc…)
Keep away from small children to prevent damage to the unit or the child.
Never dismantle or take apart the unit on your own as you risk electric shock.
In the unlikely event that a repair becomes necessary, please contact a qualified repair technician.
If the device comes in contact with water or other liquids immediately power off the unit and stop
using the unit until a qualified technician deems it is safe.
If the device is connected to an external power source, do not use in MAX volume setting as this may
produce poor and inconsistent sound quality.
This product is intended for domestic use only.
Please note: If the product is to remain unused for an extended period of time it is recommended that
you unplug it from any power source.

Charging the Unit
Connect one end of the supplied USB cable to your computer or Compatible USB AC/DC Adaptor
(not included) & insert the other end into the 5V USB charge port of the speaker to begin charging
the unit. The Red charging light on the control panel will illuminate. Do not charge the unit for
more than 5 hours as this will affect the Battery Life.
You can use the unit without the battery in the battery compartment, as long as the unit is
connected to a compatible USB power source.
Playing MP3 files through the speaker using the SD Card or USB Stick
The control panel is located on the front of the speaker Unit.
1. PIug in your USB connectible device and/or SD card in the available slots. Please make sure to you
use the correct file format in your devices — MP3 FILES ONLY.
2. Push the power button to enter the on position; the LED display will come on. Press the “MODE"
button on the unit to switch between USB, SD, FM Radio or AUX modes. The files from your media
devices will begin playing, if music does not play, press the PLAY/PAUSE button to ensure that the
device is in PLAY mode. Please ensure that your speaker is fully charged, that your files are in MP3
format & that the Mode button is set to the correct source.
3. Turn the volume up to the desired level, either from the unit's volume control on the control panel
by pressing & holding (2-3 Seconds) PREV/VOL- for Volume Down or NEXT/ VOL + for Volume up.
The sound output quality will depend on the quality of the MP3 files not the device itself
4. Short Press the PREV/ VOL - to listen to the previous track or NEXT/ VOL + to skip to the next track.
5. To pause a track, press the PLAY/PAUSE button on the control panel.
6. Please remember to power off the speaker before removing the USB Disk or SD Card as this may
damage the unit and/or the storage device.
7. WARNING: Failure to follow any or all of these instructions may damage the speaker system & will
VOID THE WARRANTY.
For external Devices such as iPods®, iPhones®, iPads®, Smartphones and media players use the
included 3.5mm to 3.5mm AUX cable and connect it to the AUX input port. Press the MODE
button on the pane to switch to AUX mode.
PLEASE NOTE: While in aux mode, the volume can also be controlled from your external
device.

FM Radio Feature
1. Press the Mode button on the speaker unit or IR remote control to receive FM Frequency.
2. Press & hold (2-3 seconds) the PLAY/ PAUSE button on the unit to auto scan and the unit
will store the frequencies with strong signal reception into the preset stations.
Use PREV/VOL - & NEXT/VOL + buttons to switch between preset stations.
3. On the IR remote control, press I << or >> | to switch between the preset stations.
4. To tune into a specific station, please use the remote control number pad to directly enter
a specific station.
Pairing the Speaker with a Bluetooth Enabled Device
1. Press the “MODE” button until BLUETOOTH appears on the LED display. A tone is heard and
Blue will appear on the LED display.
2. Keep the speaker and your Bluetooth enabled device within 3 feet of each other during the
pairing process.
3. Set your Bluetooth enabled device to search for devices near you.
4. Select PURE APOLLO from the list of located devices.
5. If prompted to enter a code dial “0000” and select yes/ok to complete the pairing process.
6. After the speaker has successfully paired with your Bluetooth enabled device you may begin
streaming your music wirelessly.
Please note: To connect a different Bluetooth enabled device you will first need to unpair the current
device before proceeding.

Trouble Shooting Tips
Cannot hear music after successful pairing the speaker to devices
1. Make sure your Bluetooth enabled device supports the A2DP audio profile
2. Turn up the volume on your Bluetooth enabled device
3. You may have to unpair the speaker and follow steps 1-6 in the pairing section
Unable to pair the speaker with my Bluetooth enabled device
1. Make sure the speaker is powered off before beginning the pairing process
2. Keep the speaker and Bluetooth enabled device within 3 feet of each other during the pairing
process.
3. Confirm that your devices’ Bluetooth feature is in the on position
4. Follow steps 1-6 in the pairing section of this user guide
