Product Overview
The USBM8 is a high performance USB fl ash drive designed
specifi cally for students of secondary school age.
The funky orange rubberised drive offers password protected
storage for all of those homework fi les, MP3s and images to
ensure that at school or at home, those must-have fi les are
easily accessible. It’s also really simple to back up the data
using the USBM8 backup utility.
Useful web links and a whole host of built-in applications
including a dictionary/thesaurus, email client, MP3 player
software/organiser and a diary make this a must-have ac-
cessory. Should any of these applications be accidentally
deleted they can be re-installed at
www.usbm8.co.uk.
A user-friendly online registration process stores the user name and school contact details
on a secure database, and as a virtual nametag on the product itself. These non-deletable
contact details are displayed every time the USBM8 is used and can be used to repatriate a
lost USBM8, whilst the failsafe password functionality eliminates the risk of personal data
getting into the wrong hands.
The product is available in capacities of 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB offering a solution for all
budgets and storage needs.
