Maintenance
Replacing the Air Filters
If your air filters can no longer filter fresh air, they
must be changed to ensure the lifetime of your
air purifier. Follow the steps below to properly
install new air filters in your unit. You can also
scan the QR code to purchase new air filters.
The Change Filter Icon
It is recommended to change the air filters about
every 6 months—this is based on the average
daily use as well as the average air quality in
the U.S. The “Change Filter” icon will turn on to
remind you to check the air filters; this icon will
turn on sooner or later based on how often you
use your air purifier.
If the “Change Filter” icon has turned on, please
remember to reset the air purifier after checking
the filters by pressing the black reset button
inside the vent on the side of the air purifier (See
Resetting the Air Filter Lifetime).
NOTE:
When the “Change Filter” icon turns on, it
does not necessarily mean that you must
change your filters. However, it is important
to watch out for the following signs of expired
filters:
Increased operating noise
Decreased airflow
Clogged filters
Increased presence of odors
The environment in which the air purifier is
being used may also extend or shorten the
lifetime of the air filters. Using your air purifier
in an environment of relatively high pollution
may mean you will need to change the air
filters more often.
If the air pollution in your environment is very
high, there is a possibility that the filters may
not be completely eective and may need to
be replaced before the “Change Filter” icon
lights up.
Please remember to reset the air purifier after
changing the air filters.

Cleaning The Dust Sensor
1. Turn o and unplug the air purifier.
2. Open the dust sensor cover.
3. Use a cotton swab, dipped in clean water, to
clean the lens.
4. Wipe the lens dry with a dry, clean cotton
swab.
NOTE:
The filters cannot be cleaned manually. If necessary,
purchase new filters for the unit on Amazon.com.
The back cover must be placed back on the unit in order
for it to power on.
3. Carefully remove the new filters from their
plastic packaging and place the Activated
Carbon filter (black) into air purifier. Always
use caution when handling the Activated
Carbon filter, use gloves if necessary when
installing this filter.
4. Once the Activated Carbon filter is installed,
place the HEPA filter (white) into the unit. Make
sure the pull tabs on both filters are facing the
opening.
5. Replace the back cover onto the housing as
noted in the Set-Up section.
6. Plug in and turn the unit on. Use a pen, pencil
or other small object to press the black reset
button inside the reset button vent. The
“Change Filter” icon should now be o.
