A: FRAME

NOTE: NO TRIMMING OF FILTER PAD OR

PLASTIC GRID IS NEEDED IF YOUR FILTER IS

20" x 25". Simply insert fasteners, then

proceed to section C, step 3.

Step 1: Adjust frame to your filter size. You

may want to use your old filter as a guide.

NOTE: Outside dimensions of filters are down

sized 3/8", (i.e.– 16" x 25" = 15 5/8" x 24 5/8".)

Step 2: Install locking tabs on 3 of the 4

frame sides.

B: FILTER PAD

Step 1: Trim plastic grid and filter pad to fit

inside frame. Measure by using tape measure

at left. (i.e.– If your filter size is 16" x 25" then

the outside dimensions of your frame should

be approximately 15 5/8" x 24 5/8". Trim filter

pad & plastic grid to 15 1/4" x 24 1/4".)

Step 2: Using durable scissors, cut each

individual sheet (Top Plastic Grid, Filter Pad,

and Bottom Plastic Grid) to size. Hint—Cut

one sheet at a time and use the first sheet as

a template for the other two sheets. Note: Both

sides of the filter pad are the same.

C: ASSEMBLY

Step 1: Insert Top Plastic Grid, Filter Pad, and

Bottom Plastic Grid back into frame.

Note: Squeeze Plastic Grid and Filter Pad

together and insert into frame one side at a time.

Step 2: Enclose 4th side and insert remaining

locking tab.

Step 3: Now simply replace your old furnace filter.

Note: Both sides of the filter are the same. The airflow label is

provided for your consistency in using the filter.

Maintenance Instructions

Cleaning Frequency: The Web Plus filter should be

cleaned monthly to achieve best results. Cleaning

will avoid clogging, which can damage the filter and

cause equipment malfunction.* Your Web Plus

filter will conveniently provide you with clean air for

years if properly maintained.

Washing Procedure:

1. To clean, flush with a hose and force the water

through the filter. For areas of heavy dirt build

up and grease, soak the filter in a solution of

mild dishwashing detergent and water, then

flush with clean water thoroughly.

2. Shake out any excess water. Filter may be damp.

3. Reinstall the filter. Note: Both sides of the filter

are the same. The airflow label is provided for

your consistency in using the filter.

NOTE: Filter unit must be cleaned regularly using above instructions to

prevent damage to furnace/ac units. IMPORTANT: Do not vacuum filter

as damage to filter may occur.

A: MARCO

NOTA: SI EL FILTRO ES DE 51x 64 CM (20 x

25 PULG.), NO ES NECESARIO RECORTAR LA

ALMOHADILLA FILTRANTE NI LA REJILLA

PLÁSTICA. Sencillamente inserte los sujetadores

y prosiga con el paso 3 de la sección C.

Paso 1: Ajuste el marco a la medida de su

filtro. Puede usar el filtro viejo como guía para

el tamaño.

NOTA: Las dimensiones externas de los filtros

se reducen en 1 cm (3/8 pulg.), es decir

41 x 64 cm (16 x 25 pulg.) = 40 x 63 cm

(15 5/8 x 24 5/8 pulg.)

Paso 2: Instale las tachuelas de seguridad en

3 de los 4 lados del marco.

B: ALMOHADILLA FILTRANTE

Paso 1: Recorte la rejilla plástica y la

almohadilla filtrante para que se encajen

dentro del marco. Mida con la cinta de medir

de esta página. (Es decir, si el tamaño del

filtro es de 41 x 64 cm (16 x 25 pulg.), las

dimensiones externas del marco deben ser

aprox. de 40 x 63 cm (15 5/8 x 24 5/8 pulg.).

Recorte la almohadilla filtrante y la rejilla

plástica a 39 x 62 cm (15 1/4 x 24 1/4 pulg.).

Paso 2: Corte cada almohadilla individual

(rejilla superior, almohadilla filtrante y rejilla

inferior) a la medida con tijeras de servicio

pesado (utilice la primera almohadilla como

modelo para cortar las otras).

C: ARMADO

Paso 1: Introduzca en el marco la rejilla plástica

superior, la almohadilla filtrante y la rejilla

plástica inferior. Nota: Comprima la rejilla plástica

y la almohadilla filtrante e introdúzcalas en el

marco de a un lado a la vez.

Paso 2: Cierre el cuarto lado e inserte la

tachuela de seguridad restante.

Paso 3: Ahora sencillamente reemplace el viejo

filtro de su calefactor.

Nota: Ambos lados del filtro son idénticos. La etiqueta indicadora

del flujo de aire se proporciona para el uso uniforme del filtro.

Instrucciones de mantenimiento

Frecuencia de la limpieza: Para obtener resultados

óptimos, el filtro Web Plus de gran tamaño debe

limpiarse mensualmente. La limpieza impedirá las

obstrucciónes, que podrían dañarlo y causarle

desperfectos al equipo.* Si se lo mantiene

correctamente, el filtro Web Plus le proporcionará

aire limpio durante años.

Procedimiento de lavado:

NOTA: El filtro debe limpiarse regularmente según las instrucciones anteriores

para evitar daños a las unidades de aire acondicionado/calefacción.

IMPORTANTE: No emplee una aspiradora para limpiar el filtro ya que el filtro

puede dañarse.

*El limpiador para filtro WEB es una formulación orgánica especial, ideal para la

limpieza profunda. Para consultar su disponibilidad, llame al 1-800-875-3212.

1. Para lavar el filtro, utilice agua para enjuagarlo con

una manguera o lávelo en un fregadero. Si el filtro

tuviera demasiada basura acumulada, lave el filtro

colocándolo dentro de una solución de agua con

un detergente para lavaplatos suave. Luego

enjuáguelo bien con agua limpia.

2. Escurra bien todo el exceso de agua que pueda

haber quedado en el filtro, ya que éste puede

estar todavía húmedo.

3. Vuelva a instalar el filtro. Nota: Ambos lados del

filtro son idénticos. La etiqueta indicadora del flujo

de aire se proporciona para el uso uniforme del filtro.
