Maintenance Instructions

Cleaning Frequency:

The Web Plus filter should be cleaned monthly to achieve best

results. Cleaning will avoid clogging, which can damage the filter

and cause equipment malfunction.* Your Web Plus filter will

conveniently provide you with clean air for years if properly

maintained.

Washing Procedure:

1. To clean, rinse with a hose or wash in sink. For heavy dirt

build up, soak the filter in a solution of mild dishwashing

detergent and water, then rinse with clean water thoroughly.

2. Shake out any excess water. Filter may be damp.

3. Reinstall the filter. Note: Both sides of the filter are the same.

The airflow label is provided for your consistency in using

the filter.

4. Indicate on the service log the date the filter was cleaned.

NOTE: Filter unit must be cleaned regularly using above instructions to

prevent damage to furnace/ac units. IMPORTANT: Do not vacuum filter

as damage to filter may occur.

Frecuencia de limpieza:

Para obtener resultados óptimos, el filtro Web Plus debe

limpiarse mensualmente. La limpieza impedirá la obstrucción

del filtro, lo cual podría dañarlo y causarle averías al equipo.* Si

se lo mantiene correctamente, el filtro Web Plus le propor-

cionará aire limpio durante muchos años.

Procedimiento de lavado:

1. Para lavar el filtro, utilice agua para enjuagarlo con una

manguera o lávelo en un fregadero. Si el filtro tuviera

demasiada basura acumulada, lave el filtro colocándolo

dentro de una solución de agua con un detergente para

lavaplatos suave. Luego enjuáguelo bien con agua limpia.

2. Escurra bien todo el exceso de agua que pueda haber

quedado en el filtro, ya que éste puede estar todavía húmedo.

3. Vuelva a instalar el filtro. Nota: Ambos lados del filtro son

idénticos. La etiqueta indicadora del flujo de aire se

proporciona para el uso uniforme del filtro.

4. En el registro de mantenimiento escriba la fecha en que se

limpió el filtro.
