One Large Cinnamon Roll
Preheat oven for 15 minutes.
Makes 1 cinnamon roll
1. Pour contents of each cinnamon roll mix packet into separate mixing
bowls. Add 3 teaspoons of water to each bowl and stir until mixture is
smooth.
2. Prepare a clean surface and sprinkle it with flour. Also sprinkle your
hands with flour. Roll out a thin, flat layer about 1/8 inch thick.
3. Spray each layer of dough with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle
cinnamon topping over entire layer.
4. Roll dough into a spiral inside the baking pan. Make sure that dough is
no higher than the cooking pan.

Makes 8-12 mini cinnamon rolls
NOTE: Make 2 servings at once in separate cooking pans by following the
instructions. Cook both servings side by side in your REAL MEAL oven.
