Getting to know your tracker
On the clock screen you can tap to
cycle the menu. Press and hold the
touch button to enter/exit.
Press the touch button to cycle
the following menus:
Steps Heart Rate Running Cycling
Steps
-
Shows your steps taken.
Heart Rate/Running/Cycling -
Shows your current heart rate/
running/cycling data.
Touch button
Adjustable holes
Display screen

Always press and hold the touch
button for 3 seconds to
enter(exit) the functions.
Removing the strap
Hold the strap with touch button
with one hand, hold the other
strap with the other hand, move it
back and forth until the tracker is
removed.

Charging the tracker
Charge under the following
circumstances:
1. Use at the first time;
2. When the battery is low and
power off automatically.
This tracker will
vibrate each
time and screen
turns on for 3
seconds with
battery bar
flashes
continuously once it is charged. It
will take about 1.5 hours to be
fully charged.

FAQs
1. The tracker cannot be
connected and pair with the
mobile phone.
If the tracker cannot be connected
for a long time, please try the
following ways and connect again:
A. Restart Bluetooth;
B. Restart your phone;

C. Check if the tracker is turned
on.
2. Cannot charge the tracker.
Please check if the tracker is
properly inserted into the USB
charger (Refer to section Charging
the tracker)
3. There no reminder when the
reminder is enabled.
For Android Phone: Make sure
that the mobile phone is well
connected to the tracker. Then go
to Settings of your phone,
allow ”Flagfit2.0”APP to turn on
the notification and keep it
running in the background.
For iPhone: If there is no reminder
in the background, it is
recommended to restart the

phone and connect again. When
connecting the tracker again, the
reminder will only be activated
after pairing with the phone
[Bluetooth pairing request].
4. The sleep monitoring data
cannot be found.
The automatic sleep monitoring
time is from 6:00 PM at night to
12:00 AM on the next day at noon.
The sleep data will be available
only when you fall asleep wearing
the tracker during this period of
time.
