Mini Multi Cooker with Steamer
and Ramekins
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use oven gloves when removing cover
or handling hot containers.
3. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or
base unit in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children or inrm persons.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Unplug
before putting on or taking off parts, and allow to cool before
cleaning.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug,
or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in
any manner. Return appliance to the nearest service facility for
examination, repair or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
manufacturer as it may cause injuries.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot food, water, or other hot liquids.
12. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
13. Do not use steel wool or any metallic scouring pad to clean the
electrical pin terminals on either the appliance or cord set. Metal
slivers can reduce electrical spacing and cause a shock hazard.
14. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, cook only in supplied
removable container. Do not pour liquid into outer pan.

1. CAUTION: This appliance generates heat and escaping steam
during use. Proper precaution must be taken to prevent the risk of
burns, res or other damage to persons or property.
2. All users of this appliance must read and understand this manual
before operating or cleaning this appliance.
3. The cord to this appliance should be plugged into an 120V AC
electrical outlet only.
4. When using this appliance, provide adequate space above and on
all sides for air circulation. Do not allow this appliance to touch curtains,
wall coverings, clothing, dish towels or other ammable materials
during use.
5. Do not leave this appliance unattended during use.
6. This appliance generates steam. Do not operate uncovered.
7. If this appliance begins to malfunction during use, immediately
unplug the cord. Do not use or attempt to repair the malfunctioning
appliance. Do not use the inner pot if cracked or chipped.
8. Always unplug the appliance when not in use. Unplug by grasping
the plug, never pull on the cord.
9. Do not use the “WARM” function to reheat cold rice or other foods.
10. Use the Automatic Multi Cooker on a hard, at surface. Do not
place it near a ame or heat or on a soft surface (such as carpet).
Avoid placing it where it may tip over during use. Dropping the
Automatic Multi Cooker could cause it to malfunction.
11. Avoid electric shock by unplugging the appliance before washing
or adding water.
12. To avoid burns, stay clear of the steam vent during cooking. Also,
wait for the appliance to cool down completely before touching or
cleaning the glass lid, inner pot or heating plate.
13. Never use the inner pot on a gas or electric cook top or on an
open ame.
14. Do not leave the plastic spoon or measuring cup in the inner pot
while on and in use.

KNOW YOUR MINI MULTI COOKER
1. Carefully remove all packing material and stickers from the product.
2. Wash the inner pot, lid, silicone lids, spoon and measuring cup in hot, soapy water or in
the dishwasher. Hand wash steamer and ramekins in hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive
cleaners or metal scouring pads-they may scratch the nonstick surface or could result in
poor contact with the heating plate.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
COOKING RICE OR GRAINS
With the automatic Multi Cooker, you can cook any kind of rice or grain. Measure the
amount of rice or grain that you would like to cook using the measuring cup provided. A
measuring cup is included with this unit. Only measure rice or grains with this cup. NOTE:
Make sure that the rice or grain is leveled when the cup is lled. The Multi Cooker has the
capacity for 2 cups of dry ingredient.
1. Pour desired amount of rice or grain into a separate container. Wash and rinse until the
rinse water is clear.
2. Take the inner pot out of the Multi Cooker.
3. Place the washed rice or grain into the inner pot and add appropriate amount of water.
4. Replace the inner pot back into the Automatic Multi Cooker.
5. Rotate the inner pot slightly to make sure that it is well seated on the heating plate.
6. NOTE: Make sure to always wipe down the outer surface of the inner pot. If the inner pot
is wet when placed into the cooker, this may cause a cracking noise while the unit heats up.
Keep the outer surface dry to prevent damage to the inner workings of the appliance.
7. Place the glass lid on top of the Multi Cooker.
8. CAUTION: Operate the Automatic Multi Cooker with caution if not closing the lid. Steam
is generated during use.
9. Plug the Automatic Multi Cooker into a 120V AC outlet.
10. Press down the Power Switch and the “COOK” light will illuminate.
11. When the Automatic Multi Cooker is done cooking, the “WARM” light will illuminate. For
best results, let the cooked rice or grain sit for 15 minutes before stirring or removing. This
allows the steam to nish the cooking process.
KEEP WARM
1. When the cooking is completed, the Automatic Multi Cooker will automatically go into
the “WARM” mode. At this time, the “WARM” light will illuminate.
2. NOTE: Do not warm rice or grain for more than 4 hours. It is recommended to consume
the rice or grain within a four hour period.
3. If the “WARM” mode is not desired, simply unplug the Automatic Multi Cooker from the
wall. Do not touch the Base Unit or Inner Pot until they cool completely.
4. Allow the Automatic Multi Cooker to cool completely before cleaning.
5. When the Automatic Multi Cooker is not being used, please keep it unplugged.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
USING THE STEAMER BASKET
1. Clean and prepare your food or vegetables.
2. Place the INNER POT in the Multi Cooker. The length of steaming time is subject to your own
personal tastes: depending if you prefer al denté (crunchy) or more well done steamed
vegetables.
3. Add water to the “1” mark on the INNER POT.
4. Place the STEAMING BASKET on the rim of the INNER POT.
5. Add vegetables or food and put the LID onto the appliance.
Switch the Multi Cooker to “COOK” Mode by pressing the POWER
SWITCH down. Make sure the COOK INDICATOR LIGHT is illuminated. Steaming will begin
shortly. Allow food or vegetables to cook to your preferred level of doneness. Once appropri-
ate time has expired, unplug the Multi Cooker. NOTE: The multi cooker doesn’t automatically
turn to warm setting when steaming is done, watch time and manually stop cooking cycle.
6. Please unplug this appliance after use and allow the appliance to cool completely before
cleaning.
USE YOUR STEAMING BASKET WHILE COOKING
1. Follow steps 1-6 under COOKING RICE AND GRAINS
2. Place the STEAMING BASKET on the rim of the INNER POT.
3. Add food to the STEAMING BASKET and put the LID on the appliance. Switch the Multi
Cooker to “COOK” Mode by pressing the POWER SWITCH down. Make sure the COOK
INDICATOR LIGHT is illuminated. Steaming will begin shortly. Allow vegetables to cook for the
appropriate time to your required doneness. Rice/Grain cooking times can vary depending
on the type being cooked and preferred texture. Adjust steaming time as desired.
4. Please unplug this appliance after use and allow the appliance to cool completely before
cleaning.
The steaming times in this chart are a guide and should be adjusted to suit different
quantities, thickness and your own tastes.
This appliance should be cleaned after every use.
1. Unplug the Automatic Multi Cooker when not in use or before cleaning. Never immerse
base unit in water or any other liquid. Allow the Automatic Multi Cooker to cool completely
before cleaning.
2. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool to clean the Automatic Multi
Cooker.
3. To clean the base unit, lightly wipe the exterior with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not
immerse base unit into water or any liquid. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
4. To clean the inner pot, remove from the multi cooker and ll with hot water from the tap.
Let it sit for a while and then wash with hot, soapy water or place in the dishwasher, hand
washing is preferred. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
5. To clean the ramekins and silicone lids use warm water a mild dishwashing soap and
a soft sponge or nylon pad. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Silicone lids are dishwasher safe,
however hand washing is preferred.
6. The measuring cup and spoon can be washed in warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher,
hand washing is preferred.
7. To clean the steamer, remove from the multi cooker then hand wash with hot, soapy water.
Rinse thoroughly and dry.
8. Wipe down the inside of the lid, if necessary, with a clean, damp cloth or sponge.
9. Make sure that grains do not stick to the heating element in the bottom of the base unit. If
this occurs, remove immediately. If grains are cooking onto the heating plate, a non-abrasive
pad can be used to remove it. Polish the area for good contact between the heating plate
and the bottom of the Inner Pot.
10. This appliance has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair this appliance
yourself, as you could cause damage to yourself and to the appliance. Refer to qualied
service personnel only.
11. This appliance is for household use only.
12. Do not use bleach, vinegar, or other harsh chemicals to clean the Automatic Multi
Cooker.

USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
USING THE RAMEKINS WITH SILICONE LIDS
1. Ramekins oven safe to 550°F. Silicone lids are oven safe to 480°F.
2. Do not use in the microwave. Never use metal utensils on any non-stick surface. Plastic,
rubber or wooden utensils are recommended.
3. Some oils and fats burn at lower temperatures. Use oils and fats that have a high smoke
point, like rened olive oil, peanut oil, corn oil and (claried) butter. Do not use extra virgin
olive oil as it cannot withstand high heating and will leave a thin carbonized layer on the
non-stick surface.
4. Do not use any type of oil sprays, including aerosols, mist, and pump sprays. These sprays
cause residue build-up that is difcult to remove from all types of cookware.
5. PTFE-Free Non-Stick Coating Technolon+

is a ceramic-based nano non-stick technology
that enables cookware to perform at high temperatures and last longer than traditional non-
stick. PFOA-Free in Manufacturing of Technolon+ means your cookware is environmentally

Congratulations on your purchase of the Lorena Garcia Mini Multi Cooker, Steamer and
Ramekins. This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of original purchase with receipt.
The manufacturer’s obligation shall be limited to replacing, FOB N.Y.,any part of the product
that is defective. Such warranty shall not apply to damages resulting from accidents, abuse or
misuse. This warranty is valid only for rst quality goods purchased from an authorized selling
