Fasten a pair of Slip Sleeves(B) around the grooves at the very top of the

four Poles(A). Slide the Basket(F) over the top of the four Poles(A) until it

rests snugly on the Slip Sleeves(B).

Note: Determine the height and the side to place the Handle Bar(E).

Fasten a pair of Slip Sleeves(B) around the groove of two Poles(A).

Slide the Handle Bar(E) over the two poles until it rests snugly on the Slip

Sleeves(B).
