Rosemount 751 Field Signal Indicator Operating
Temperature Limit Change
Dear valued Emerson customer,
The Rosemount 751 Field Signal Indicator with the LCD display operating temperature limits are: -40 °C to 70 °C
(-40 °F to 158 °F). Due to recent testing, the updated operating temperature limits will remain unchanged at -40 °C
to 70 °C (-40 °F to 158 °F). However, for temperatures below -20 °C (-4 °F) or above 60 °C (140 °F), the LCD
display may not be readable, but the loop will remain intact and the LCD display will not be damaged. In most
circumstances, the LCD display will be readable over 60 °C (140 °F); however, if the LCD display is installed in an
application where the loop current is below 6.0 mA, the LCD display may become unreadable.
