The power indicator light is illuminated when power is properly connected to the chair.

Check / replace chair fuses.
To access fuses...
A) Open the fuse holder cover.
B) Remove fuse holder & faulty fuse(s).
C) Install new fuse(s), then replace fuse holder*.
Attention: The fuse holder must be installed so that ā€™115Vā€™
shows thru the fuse holder window.

To connect the foot control cord...
A) Slide narrow portion of cord connector into bracket.
B) Connect cord at desired inlet (see Note).
C) Tighten locking ring.
Note: The cord connector is ā€œkeyedā€ and must be aligned with inlet.

Chair functions can be activated from either of the touch pads located on the foot section.
Equipment Alert
The foot section is not a seat. Patients should
sit only on the seat section of the chair. Sitting on the foot
section may result in damage or inoperable equipment.

The retractable debris tray is located directly under the foot section.
