Blodgett XR8-G is a gas-heated mini rotating rack bakery oven designed for commercial use. It features a single compartment with a fully welded angle iron frame and a 304 stainless steel interior. The oven can accommodate eight 18" x 26" standard full-size bake pans and has rack slides that can be adjusted without tools. It also has a removable rotating rack, four side-mounted halogen lamps, and a digital programmable control panel with separate bake and steam times, cool-down mode, and blower delay.
