LIMITED TOOL WARRANTY

KING CANADA makes every effort to ensure that this product meets high quality and durability

standards. KING CANADA warrants to the original retail consumer a 2-year limited warranty as

of the date the product was purchased at retail and that each product is free from defects in

materials. Warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse,

negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations and lack of maintenance. KING CANADA

shall

in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, special or

consequential damages arising from the use of our products. To take advantage of this

warranty, the product or part must be returned for examination by the retailer. Shipping and

handling charges may apply. If a defect is found, KING CANADA will either repair or replace the

product.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR TILE INSTALLATION KIT

Tile Cutter features:

1) Tough cam-geared action snaps tiles up to 18 mm thick

2) Long base for tiles up to 13 in (330 mm ) square

3) 15mm Tungsten carbide cutting wheel for precise scoring

Tile Cutter Operation:

1) Score whole tile length evenly ONLY ONCE

2) Lift tile and position under bars, align score line with center position on the scale

3) Adjust to tile thickness; with lever up

4) Press lever down evenly to snap tile cleanly

Tool Description and Use (see Fig.1 as reference);

A) Cord Saw with Drill Point

: For cutting and

coping tile to shape with a drill point for 1/4"

hole.

B) Tile Nippers: After a tile has been scored,

use the nippers to nibble away the waste

material in small increments until you are at

the scoreline.

C) Tile Pliers: The scoring wheel on the end is

used to make smaller or irregular cuts and

the pliers with snap the tile on the scoreline.

Is is critical that the line be straight - if it has

a contour, use the nippers.

D) Spatula: Used to spread mastic and grout.

E) Grout Saw: Used to replace a tile or repair deteriorating grout. Run up and down the

grout line down to the adhesive to allow for free removal of a damaged tile.

F) Tile Chipping Hammer: Used to break a tile that you may be replacing.

G) Notched Trowel : Used to spread mastic and grout.

H) Grout Sponge: Used to clean up grout off the tiles after installation.
