Monteringsinstruktion
Demontering
1. Ta loss drivhjulet med QR-axeln.
2. Skruva bort mutter (C)
(nyckelvidd 24) vid navhylsan
(insida gavel). Håll samtidigt
emot mutter (O) (nyckelvidd 24)
vid bromsskölden (utsida gavel).
3. Lossa medbringare (A) (M6
skruv/mutter).
4. Flytta bromsskölden till
önskad drivhjulsposition enligt
monteringsanvisningen och
montera i omvänd ordning.
Fitting Instructions
Removal
1. Remove the drive wheel with the
QR axle.
2. Unscrew nut (C) (24 mm
spanner) from in front of the hub
sleeve (inside of frame), while
holding nut (O) (24 mm spanner)
behind the brake plate (outside
of frame) to prevent it from
turning.
3. Remove the locking pin (A) (M6
screw/nut).
4. 4. Move the brake plate to the
required drive wheel position as
shown in the fitting instructions
and refit the components in
reverse order.
Montageanweisung
Demontage
1. Entfernen Sie das Antriebsrad
samt Stechachse.
2. Lösen Sie die Mutter (C;
Schlüsselgröße 24) an der
Nabenhülse (seitlich innen).
Halten Sie gleichzeitig an der
Mutter (O; Schlüsselgröße 24)
am Bremsschild gegen (seitlich
außen).
3. Lösen Sie den Mitnehmer (A; M6-
Schraube/Mutter).
4. Setzen Sie den Bremsschild
gemäß Montageanweisung
an die gewünschte
Antriebsradposition um und
führen Sie die Montage in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge aus.
Montering
1. Trä sedan skruv (A) genom
bromssköldens hål.
2. Trä på excentern (B) på skruv (A).
Montera sedan bromspaketet
i önskat läge. (Se skisser nästa
uppslag)
3. Skruva på (C), (D) och (E).
Montera på bricka (F) på skruv
(A). Skruva åt med mutter (G).
Drag åt ordentligt.
4. Fäst ändavslutningen (H) i
bromsarmen. Haka på nippel (I) i
bromsskölden.
5. Montera sedan på drivhjulen (J).
6. Stoppa in vajern under
överdraget.
7. Efterjustering sker med nippel (I).
8. Montera av broms (K) och byt
skruv (L).
9. Montera adapter (M) på skruv
(L). Montera sedan bromsen.
10. Montera på quick-release (N)
Fitting
1. Insert screw (A) through the hole
in the brake plate.
2. Slide the cam (B) on to screw (A).
Then fit the brake assembly in the
required position. (See drawings
on next page.)
3. Fit parts (C), (D) and (E). Fit
washer (F) on screw (A). Screw
on nut (G) and tighten securely.
4. Secure the end clamp (H) to the
brake arm. Engage the nipple (I)
in the brake plate.
5. Then fit the drive wheel (J).
6. Insert the cable through the
sleeve.
7. Adjustment is made using nipple
(I).
8. Remove brake (K) and replace
screw (L).
9. Fit adapter (M) to screw (L). Then
fit the brake.
10. Fit quick-release (N)
Montage
1. Führen Sie nun die Schraube (A)
durch die Bremsschildöffnung.
2. Setzen Sie den Exzenter (B) auf
die Schraube (A) auf. Befestigen
Sie anschließend das Bremspaket
an der gewünschten Position.
(Siehe Zeichnungen auf der
nächsten Doppelseite.)
3. Schrauben Sie (C), (D) und (E) an.
Setzen Sie die Unterlegscheibe (F)
auf die Schraube (A) auf. Ziehen
Sie die Verbindung mit Mutter (G)
fest. Ziehen Sie die Verbindung
fest an.
4. Befestigen Sie den Endabschluss
(H) am Bremsarm. Befestigen Sie
den Nippel (I) am Bremsschild.
5. Führen Sie eine Montage am
Antriebsrad (J) aus.
6. Verlegen Sie den Bremszug unter
dem Überzug.
7. Nehmen Sie eine Nachjustierung
per Nippel (I) vor.
8. Nehmen Sie die Bremse (K) ab
und ersetzen Sie die Schraube (L).
9. Setzen Sie den Adapter (M) auf
die Schraube (L) auf. Bringen Sie
danach die Bremse an.
10. Montieren Sie die Stechachse (N).
