This appliance is designed exclusively
for household use for cooking, warming
or defrosting food. In the event of non-
compliant usage, the manufacturer is
exempt from all liability.
In order to prevent deterioration of your
appliance, never operate it empty or
without the tray.
Before use, check that any containers
are appropriate for use in a microwave
oven (e.g. heat-resistant glass,
porcelain, etc.).
Do not put anything in the lock holes on
the front, as this could cause damage
to your appliance requiring intervention.
It is not advisable to use metal
containers, forks, spoons, knifes,
any metal attachments, or staples for
defrost bags. However, occasionally
you may warm prepared food in low
aluminium containers (maximum 4 cm)
without the lid.
However, the warming time will be
slightly longer. In this case, be careful
that the container is well placed in the
centre of the glass plate and that it is
never less than 1 cm away from the
metallic walls or the appliance door.
For children it is essential:
- when warming teatless bottles, shake
the liquid and test the temperature on
the back of the hand before the child
drinks it.
- in order to avoid serious internal
burns, mix and check the
temperature of children’s food before
consumption.
Warning: Only allow children to operate
3. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
BEFORE CONNECTION:
Check no damage has been caused
to the appliance during transport (door
dented, seal broken, etc.). If you should
note any damage, contact your supplier
before using the appliance.
Check the mains voltage. In case of
permanent undervoltage (200 - 210
volts), consult your installing electrician.
INSTALLATION:
This appliance must be placed on a
work surface at a height of at least 85
cm from the floor.
Place the microwave on a flat, horizontal
surface, away from any sources of heat
or steam.
Select a level surface that provide
enough open space for the intake and/or
outlet vents (no built in).
A minimum clearance of 10cm is
required between the oven and any
adjacent walls. One side must be open.
Leave a minimum clearance of 30 cm
above the oven and 15 cm behind the
oven.
Blocking the intake and/or outlet
openings can damage the oven.
The minimum height of free space
necessary above the top surface of the
oven shall be at least 30cm.
Ensure no objects are placed on the
appliance as this could obstruct the
ventilation grilles in the rear part of the
microwave.
Ensure the mains plug and socket are
accessible after installation.
Do not use this appliance outdoors.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION:
A mains connection with an earth
terminal and connected in accordance
with applicable safety regulations must

It should be prohibited to warm or cook
eggs in their shell, boiled or baked as
there is a risk of them exploding and
causing serious burns or irremediable
damage to your oven.
When warming liquids, boiling point
may be reached without the typical
steam bubbles rising to the surface. In
order to prevent boiling over or any risk
of burns, wait 20 seconds before taking
the container out of the appliance or
introduce an element to prevent the
liquid from suddenly spraying.
In the case of small amounts of food
(e.g. one sausage or croissant), place a
glass of water beside the food item.
Excessively long times may dry out
the food and carbonise it. To avoid
such incidents, do not use the same
times recommended for cooking in a
traditional oven.
Check the oven frequently when
cooking or warming food in disposable
containers made of plastic, paper or
any other flammable material due to the
risk of combustion.
If you see smoke appearing, keep the
oven door closed, and switch off or
disconnect the oven from the power
source.
Do not use the oven with the door

4. BASIC PRINCIPLES
In most cases it is recommendable to
cover the food: it will be tastier and this
also helps keep the microwave clean.
However, before cooking any food or
heating up any liquids in a bottle or
sealed container, remove the cover or lid
to avoid any risk of the food exploding.
Place the thickest parts of the food
towards the outside of the dish.
Always check the cooking time. Use the
lowest time indicated, adding more time
if necessary. Overcooked food may give
off smoke or catch fire.
5. RADIO WAVE INTERFERENCE
Use of the microwave oven may cause
interference with your radio, TV or similar
equipment. This can be reduced or
eliminated by taking the following measures:
1. Clean the microwave door and the
surface of the seal.
2. Reposition the radio or TV receiving
antenna.
3. Change the location of the microwave or
the radio/TV receiver.
4. Move the microwave away from the
receiver.
5. Connect the microwave and the receiver
in different sockets.
6. UTENSILS GUIDE
Always make sure that the utensils used
are suitable for microwave use.
Microwave-permeable material is ideal,
as this allows the energy to flow through
the container to heat up the food.
Do not use metal utensils or dishes with
metallic patterns on them.
Do not use products made of recycled
paper, as they could contain small metal
operated by means of an external
timer or separate remote-control
system.

fragments that could cause sparks and/
or fire.
Round or oval plates are recommended
rather than square or rectangular ones,
as the food at the corners could be
overcooked.
Thin strips of tin foil can be used to
prevent overcooking of exposed areas.
However, be careful not to use too much
tin foil and make sure it is at a minimum
distance of 2.5 cm from the inside walls
of the microwave.
