Rancho Differential Cover Kit
1. Park vehicle on a level surface and chock front wheels. Raise the
rear of the vehicle and support the frame with jack stands.
2. Remove differential cover bolts. Remove cover and drain fluid.
3. Clean differential housing surface. Apply a 1/4" bead of Mopar
Silicone Rubber Sealant (or equivalent) to the new differential cover.
4. Attach cover to housing with the supplied hardware. Tighten cover
bolts in a crisscross pattern to 30 ft. lbs.
5. Fill differential to specifications (level hole) with Mopar Gear
Lubricant 80W-90. Install fill and level plugs. Tighten plugs
securely.
NOTE: Minor contact with other components may occur at full compression.
Check clearance and modify the differential cover before operation.
