1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Important Warnings

Before using your appliance read this instructions manual carefully and

keep it in a safe place as you may need to consult it in the future.

Before turning on your appliance, and to ensure a safe and correct

operation, do not use if:

• It has fallen to the ground;

• You notice any evidence of damage;

• Any anomaly occurs during its operation.

To avoid hazards or deterioration of your appliance through incorrect

use it is advisable to read these instructions thoroughly.

Your appliance may not be used for other purposes than the ones

intended and solely for household use. Any damage resulting from

using the appliance outside this scope, any incorrect use, as well as

any manual modications to the product will not be covered and

automatically voids the warranty.

This appliance can be used by children from the age of 8 and by

on using the appliance safely and if they understand the hazards

involved. Children may not play with the appliance. Cleaning and

maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is

not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep

the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance

to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.

To avoid re hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance

to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under

water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning

Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the

plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down

before cleaning.

To clean the exterior of the product use a dry soft cloth only.

emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

• Switch o the appliance and disconnect it from the supply before

changing accessories or approaching parts that move when in use.

• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar

applications such as:

- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

- bed and breakfast type environments.

• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on

the appliance before plugging it in.

• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after

the appliance malfunctions, is dropped or damaged in any manner.

Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for

examination, repair, electrical or mechanical adjustment.

• To avoid risk of electric shock, do not immerse the main body with

the motor unit in water or any other liquid or let the cord or plug get

wet.

• Do not operate the appliance with wet hands. Dry your hands with a

cloth before plugging in.

• Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and

inrm.

• Always ensure that the chopper is thoroughly sterilized.

• Do not chop hot oil, or fat. Please follow the processing guide.

• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter.

• Take special care so people do not trip over the power cord and

attached cable. Do not let the cord touch hot surfaces or hang down

where a child could grab it.

• Unplug the appliance when it is not in use, before moving the

appliance or adding the food.

• Do not use outdoors.

• Blades are sharp. Handle with care.

• Do not add ingredients to the chopper bowl while the machine is

operating.

• Ensure the ingredient does not exceed the maximum graduation of

the chopper bowl.

• Do not operate the blender continuously for too long. The motor

may overheat. If the surface of the appliance is very hot, it may

need time to cool down. After reducing to room temperature, the

appliance can be operated again.

• The continuous operating time with the load must be less than 30

seconds when using the chopper. Do not use the appliance to chop

ingredients that are too hard.

• Do not exceed the quantities and maximum time indicated in the

operation guidelines or processing guide.

• Take the blade unit o before cleaning.

• Avoid touching the moving parts.

• Keep ngers, hair, clothing and utensils away from moving parts.

• This appliance should only be used for its intended purpose.

• All servicing should be performed by an authorized service

representative.

• Let the appliance rest at least 2 minutes between 2 running cycles!

After operating 3 cycles continuously, the appliance needs to cool

down to room temperature before restarting.

• Never misuse this appliance. Take care when handling the cutting

blades, especially when removing the blade unit from the bowl and

during cleaning.

• Always reattach the protective cover to the blades after cleaning.

2.2. Using the Product

Before using for the rst time

• Remove all packaging and take away the blade protective cover.

Caution: Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.

Purpose

Chopping beef (less than 300g), nuts, breads, vanilla, onions e.g.

To use the chopper

• Remove the protective cover from the blade of the chopper.

• Clean the transparent lid, blade unit and bowl of the chopper.

• Fix the blade unit in the chopper bowl.

• Fill the food into the bowl (not more than the maximum indicated

level).

• Place the transparent lid onto the chopper bowl. Fit the main body

onto the transparent lid of the chopper.

• Check if the power cord is not damaged and the main body is in

place.

• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on

the appliance.

• Plug in, press the top cover downwards with one hand, slightly hold

the handle of chopper bowl with the other hand while operating, the

appliance starts running.

• After you have completed chopping, Release the top cover, then

unplug from outlet.

Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 30 seconds.

• If your chopper gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.

• After use, unplug and dismantle the main body and the transparent

lid in sequence, take the blade unit out of the bowl by holding the

plastic shaft, then pour out the food.

• The edges of the blade are very sharp, do not touch them.

• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the

instruction in the “care and cleaning”.

• Never immerse in water or other liquid or use abrasives.

• The transparent lid, chopper bowl and the blade unit can be washed

in water with cleaning agent.

• Unplug, let it cool down.

• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.

• Reattach the protective cover to the blade

reliability. However, if a problem occurs do not attempt to open the

appliance - there is a risk of electrical shock. If you are not able to solve

the problem, please contact the Costumer Support Service of any

Worten, Modelo or Continente store in order to be assisted. Worten

4. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

reduce the volume of packaging used, limiting

it to three easily sorted materials: cardboard,

paper and plastic. The appliance is manufactured

using recyclable materials after disassembled

by a specialized company. Please comply with

local regulations concerning the recycling of all

materials.

1.1. Alimentación

Compruebe que la tensión de la red eléctrica es compatible con la

indicada en el aparato. En caso de que no sea compatible, consulte

al Servicio de Atención al Cliente.

1.2. Cable de alimentación y otros cables

No enrolle el cable de alimentación ni tire de él para desenchufar el

aparato. Asimismo, manténgalo alejado de supercies calientes.

Nunca utilice este aparato si el cable o el enchufe están dañados.

En su lugar, llévelo a un servicio técnico autorizado para que proceda

a su sustitución.

1.3. Humedad y agua

No utilice el aparato en lugares húmedos. No deje que el aparato se
