5. After unpacking the product, make sure do not leave the packaging within reach children. It presents a risk of
suffocation.
6. Clean only with a dry cloth.
7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install the device following the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not install the appliance proximity to a heat source (e.g. cooking appliance, flame, etc.) or any device
(including amplifiers) dissipating heat. The device should not be exposed to a temperature above 65°C.
9. Only use props recommended by the manufacturer.
10. If cords or harnesses are provided, use them properly as mentioned in the instructions without replacing or
modifying them any way.
11. The methods of installation and securing the speakers to any surface whatever it is (support, anchoring to
ground, etc.) meet conditions and standards for installation, layout, safety and wiring force applicable to
surfaces and/or media concerned. Moreover, the products can vibrate and damage the supports on which they
are fixed.
This is why the operation installation must be carried out by a qualified professional, knowledgeable installation
and safety standards.
Focal does not provide any warranty destination to a medium or a given installation, the implementation of the
installation of the loudspeakers of the single customer.
Focal cannot therefore be held liable in any capacity in the event of an incident, accident and/or any other
consequence or damage of any kind related to the installation speaker.
12. Only use handling equipment adapted, carts, stands, tripods, recommended stands or tables by the
manufacturer or those sold with the device. When a cart is used, be extra careful during moving the carriage
assembly/ device to avoid injury. by tipping.
13. Any maintenance task must be carried out by qualified personnel. Maintenance is required for following any
damage caused to device such as deterioration of the power cord or plug, inserting objects, spilling of liquid
inside the device, the malfunction or fall of the device.
14. After any intervention or repair appliance, ask the technician maintenance to carry out tests to verify that the
product works safely.
15. If a product is damaged in any way any way, its IP certification will no longer be valid, so any contact of a liquid
or a solid with the product could present a hazard for the user or could damage a third-party electronic device
connected to the product.
16. Beware of the Elements buried, semi-buried or flush with the ground surface; they represent a risk of obstacle,
shock, and/or fall. Do not let children or fragile people approach it.
17. Some users do not have not enough autonomy to use the product alone without danger. In especially children
under the age of 14 years old and people with certain deficiencies must be imperatively supervised and
accompanied when using the device.
18. In order to avoid damage possible auditory, do not listen to the loud speakers for a long time. Listening
loudspeakers can damage the user’s ear and lead to hearing impairment (deafness temporary or permanent,
buzzing ear, tinnitus, hyperacusis).
Exposure of the ears to a volume excessive (greater than 85 dB) during more than one hour can damage
hearing irreversibly.
