Pro-Series Fuel Injection Kit

APPLICATION(S): Sea-Doo iControl models equipped with Bosch ECU’s.
- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -
Installation of this RIVA Performance Product requires the use of an Aftermarket ECU and/or
Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit. Failure to do so could result in engine damage.
_* * * NO SMOKING. ALLOW ENGINE TO COOL COMPLETELY * * *_
1. Remove D.E.S.S. lanyard and disconnect battery cables. NOTE: Negative (black) first. Positive (red) second.
2. Remove oil level dipstick. Remove plastic valve cover.
3. Remove Torx screws (2) securing fuel rail to intake manifold. (see illustration #1)
4. Carefully remove OE fuel injectors from intake manifold. If engine was previously run disconnect fuel line to fuel rail
and drain fuel rail. NOTE: Fuel rail is under pressure. Cover connection with a shop rag when disconnecting.
5. Disconnect electrical connectors from OE fuel injectors. (see illustration #2)
6. Carefully remove metal clips securing OE fuel injectors to fuel rail. (see illustration #3)
7. Carefully remove OE fuel injectors from fuel rail.
8. Install supplied billet spacers into fuel rail. Install RIVA Pro-Series Fuel Injectors into billet spacers. (see illustration
#4) NOTE: Coat o-rings with motor oil.
9. Install supplied jumper wires onto fuel injectors. (see illustration #5)
10. Install fuel injectors into intake manifold. Secure fuel rail to intake manifold using OE Torx screws. (see illustration
#6) NOTE: Use BLUE Loctite. Do not over tighten bolts.
11. Connect jumper wires to stock electrical connectors. (see illustration #6)
12. Replace plastic valve cover. Replace oil level dipstick.
13. Reconnect battery cables. NOTE: Positive (red) first. Negative (black) second.
14. Run craft on flush kit prior to water testing.
