Riva RS12050-I-KIT-42 Pro-Series Sea Doo Fuel Injection Kit is designed to improve the performance of your Sea Doo watercraft. These fuel injectors are compatible with 2005-2008 215 RXP/RXT/GTX-SC Ltd models.

The kit includes everything you need to install the fuel injectors, including the injectors themselves, metal clips, electrical connectors, and Torx screws. The installation process is relatively simple and can be completed in about an hour.

- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -
RIVA Racing does not recommend the use of 42lb injectors with any of our Stage Kits or any
combination of RIVA Performance Parts. RIVA Racing offers these injectors for those that
wish to go outside of our recommendations.
_* * * NO SMOKING. ALLOW ENGINE TO COOL COMPLETELY * * *_
1. Remove D.E.S.S. lanyard and disconnect battery cables. NOTE: Negative (black) first. Positive (red) second.
2. Remove oil level dipstick. Remove plastic valve cover. Replace oil level dipstick.
3. Remove the two Torx screws securing fuel rail to intake manifold. (see illustration #1)
4. Carefully remove OE fuel injectors from intake manifold. If engine was previously run disconnect fuel line to fuel rail
and drain fuel rail.
5. Disconnect electrical connectors from OE fuel injectors by pressing metal clip towards connector and pulling up on
connector. (see illustration #2)
6. Carefully remove metal clips securing OE fuel injectors to fuel rail. (see illustration #3)
7. Carefully remove OE fuel injectors from fuel rail.
8. Install RIVA Pro-Series Fuel Injectors into fuel rail and secure using OE metal clips. (see illustration #4)
9. Install electrical connectors onto fuel injectors. (see illustration #5)
10. Install fuel injectors into intake manifold. Secure fuel rail to intake manifold using OE Torx screws. (see illustration
#6) NOTE: Use BLUE Loc-Tite. Do not over tighten bolts.
11. Remove oil level dipstick. Replace plastic valve cover. Replace oil level dipstick.
12. Reconnect battery cables. NOTE: Positive (red) first. Negative (black) second.
13. Run craft on flush kit prior to water testing.
