Assembly Instructions
1. Pick up Seat with Back Rest (B) and turn
the bottom plate of Swivel Plate 45 degree
across the upper plate, as shown.
2. Align the bottom plate holes of Swivel
Plate with the threaded inserts on the cross
tube of Base (A). Insert and screw 4 Bolts
(AA) with Lock Washer (BB) and Flat
Washers (CC) through the plate holes and
screw into the Base. Fasten all bolts with
the provided Allen wrench.
3. Turn the Seat Cushion (C) upside down on
a flat and soft surface to prevent scratches.
4. Flip assembled stool upside down and
secure to the Seat Cushion (C) using 4
Wood Screws (DD) through the metal tabs
on Seat Frame and screw into place with a
Phillips screwdriver.
NOTE: Make sure the seat cushion is
centered properly.
5. Stand the stool upright.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use this product only one person at a time.
2. Do not use this stool unless all bolts, screws and knobs are
securely tightened.
3. Check that all bolts, screws, brackets and knobs are tight every
three months or as needed.
4. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover
as head covering. It may cause suffocation.
5. Do not use stool as a stepladder.
6. Use this stool for its intended purpose only.
7. Use mild detergent only for cleaning.
8.
Maximum load weight is 136 kg / 300 lb
A Touch-up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur during
assembly or shipping.
