Sleek Low-Profile Wall-Mount Loudspeakers
CAUTION: Installation must be done by qualified
persons using safe installation standards.
The installer is responsible for proper selection and use of
mounting hardware to install the speakers in a safe manner.
Wiring Loudspeaker
• MULTI-PIN CONNECTOR -- Attach one or two pairs of wires to included multi-pin connector. Tighten
set screws. Securely press multi-pin connector into matching socket in loudspeaker’s terminal
compartment. Inside the speaker, both “+” terminals are connected in parallel and both “–“
terminals are connected in parallel to allow, allowing parallel connection to next loudspeakers in a
distributed loudspeaker system.

• TERMINAL COVER -- Add TERMINAL COVER, if desired, using included tapping screws. For improved
sealing of TERMINAL COVER, installer-supplied silicone glue or other suitable sealant can be applied
to cable opening of TERMINAL COVER.
Routing Wiring (Wire Management)
• The back panel sits flush to the wall. Recesses are provided for routing the wires in either the upward
or downward direction.

Setting TAP SELECTOR SWITCH
• Rotate back-panel TAP SELECTOR SWITCH to select between:
o SLP12/T:
8Ω (ie, low-impedance / direct)
15W, 7.5W, or 3.8W for either 70V or 100V distributed speaker system
1.9W for 70V distributed speaker system only
o SLP14/T:
8Ω (ie, low-impedance / direct)
25W, 12.5W, or 6.3W for either 70V or 100V distributed speaker system
3.2W for 70V distributed speaker system only

Installing WALL-MOUNT BRACKET to Wall and LOUDSPEAKER to Bracket
• Use appropriate screws or bolts for the wall material and wall construction to securely attach WALL-
MOUNT BRACKET to wall.
• Slide LOUDSPEAKER down onto Wall Bracket until fully engaged.
• Attach installer-supplied secondary safety cable (with ring lug end) to M6 SAFETY CABLE
ATTACHMENT INSERT POINT using installer-supplied M6-1.0 x 10 mm (max depth of the threaded
insert) bolt through the ring lug at end of safety cable. The head of the bolt plus thickness of lug
should not exceed 6.8 mm (or else there could be interference with the wall bracket or with the wall).
Attach other end of cable (with appropriate end-type and attachment hardware for the building
structure) to a separate attachment location on building structure (not the same spot as used for
attaching the WALL BRACKET).
