Overview
Hearing aids are electronic devices
of
high
precision and
their
requirements
of
use should
be
strictly observed. Due
to
the sweat
and
humidity
encountered in daily use,
it
is
especially
important
to
perform daily
maint
enance.
Keeping your hearing aids clean
is
important. Sweat and earwax
built
up
on hearing aids
might
allow bacteria
to
breed,
as
well
as
affect the
unit
's performance.
Hearing aids consume battery life. When a battery gets
low
, weak
or
intermittent, distorted
output
or
a dead
unit
can occur. Leakage from
batteries will damage
the
hearing aids.
The Lucid Audio Sanitizer Dryer
is
our
latest design
with
three
integrated multi-functions -
The machine dries and dehumidifies
the
hearing aids
with
its heating
and thermostat function.
To
kill
the
bacteria,
UV
/
LED
generates
275nm ultraviolet
light
in sterilizing and disinfecting mode. The battery
monitoring function indicates
the
level
of
battery remaining
to
remind
users
to
change batteries
on
time.

Functions
1.
Constant heating
Set
the
thermostat control
at
S0
'C ±S'C
to
keep
the
unit
(s)
drying. The circuit board
of
the
machine consists
of
24 pieces
of
crystal heating elements set
in
an
intensive array a
nd
fixed
to
the
PCB.
These heating points make sure
the
machine
is
heated
in
a balanced manor.
2. Sterilization
The machine contains a
UV
LED
tube
which generates 275
nm
UV.
The high intensive UV/LED illuminates
at
a short distance
to
kill
surface bacteria and viruses.
The drying environment can restrain the bacteria
growth
during
constant heating. With
the
effect
of
integrated functions,
the
dryer has extremely efficient sterilization function.
There are
no
side-effects such
as
pollution
or
damage
to
hearing aids. Operation
of
the
unit
is
ea
s
y,
convenient, safe
and environmentally friendly.
3. Three-level battery indication

should be replaced immediately.
4. Safety protectron
4.1
Over-temperature & over-heating protection
When
the
surface temperature
of
heating
unit
is
over
the
limited
temperature,
the
protective mechanism
will
automatically
cut
the
circuit board
off
for
safety. When
the
surface temperature
of
the
heating
part
is
below
the
limit
of
80'C,
the
mechanism will restart
the
unit
automatically.
4.2 Protection against
UV
/
LED
leaking
Functions
4.2.1
When
the
upper cover
is
not
closed properly,
the
device will
not
run.
4.2.2 During sterilization,
the
protective mechanism will
cut
off
the
power
whenever
the
cover
is
opened. The UV/LED
tube
will
be
turned
off
immediately
to
avoid any
hurting
of
the
eyes
or
skin
by
light
leakage.When
the
cover
is
closed,
the
unit
will continue
working once again.
5.
Main control
unit
The
SCM
technology will collect all
of
the
data and distribute
it
to
the
CPU.
Operation
Placement: Remove
the
battery
from
the
unit. Open
the
cover
of
the
Sanitizer Dryer and place
the
hearing aid(s) in
the
center position.
Close
the
cover.
Power connection: connect the power chord from
the
adapter
to
the
Sanitizer Dryer. The power
unit
will
turn
on
when
connected properly.
Timing and running:
Press
the
timer
key
to
select 3h, 6h
or
9h. The
indicator
light
will reflect your choice. At this time,
the
sterilization
and disinfecting function will run automatically
for
30 minutes.
End
of
cycle: The
unit
will
stop heating automatically when
the
setting
time
is
reached. The indicator lamp will begin blinking
at
that
point. The
drying
process will
be
finished and the hearing aid(s)
should
be
removed
from
the
machine.
Constant heating:
Press
the
timer
key
to
start heating constantly.
The sterilization and disinfection functions
will
work
simultaneously.
The sterilization and disinfection function can be turned
off
by
manually pressing
the
sterilization key.
Operation
Sterilizing & disinfecting: The indicator lamp will
light
up
after
connecting
with
the power.
Press
the sterilization key
to
sterilize and
disinfect. The
unit
will stop automatically after 30 minutes
of
runtime.
Battery Tester: All kinds
of
zinc air batteries
for
hearing aid use can
be tested
by
this machine. Place battery
in
the
test slot;
the
power
remaining in
the
battery will
trigger
the
correct
light
to
activate.
NOTES
1.
Remove hearing aid battery prior
to
use.
2. Make sure
the
hearing aids are clean
without
battery leakage
prior
to
using
the
dryer.
3.
Power specifications must
be
strictly observed
with
the
instructions
to
avoid serious consequences, such
as
halting
operations
or
burning
out
the
machine.
4.
Do
not
cover
the
machine while
it
is
working.
5.
The
drying
time
must
not
exceed 12 hours in a day.
6.
Please
pull
out
the
plug
after drying.
7.
Do
not
try
to
disassemble
or
repair
the
unit.
