packaging remain inside the machine.
- Wash the plate, the pusher and the mincer grids carefully in soapy water. Wipe the motor
unit with a slightly damp cloth. Then dry all the parts carefully.
3) USING YOUR MACHINE
a) Using the Meat Mincer
Assembling the Machine
- Fix the mincer head in the location provided for this by tilting it slightly to the right
(Diagram 1). Then turn it to the left (Diagram 2). A slightclick” will then be heard
indicating that the part is correctly fixed on the body of the machine.
21
- Then place the screw in the mincer head until it reaches the motor unit (Diagram 3).
Ensure that the screw is installed the right way round with the longest part directed
towards the motor unit. Then place the stainless steel blade on the screw (Diagram 4)
with the cutting face towards the outside. Caution, if the blade is not properly attached
the meat will not be minced correctly.
- Then select the grid that suits you best (fine mincing, medium mincing or coarse mincing)
and fix it on the blade. Make sure it is fitted into the two inserts on the front of the mincer
head so that it is held correctly (Diagram 5).
- Finally, screw on the bolt (Diagram 6).
Mincing the Meat.
- Fix the plate on the top of the mincer head.
- Prepare the food to be minced, making sure the bones, cartilage and nerves are removed.
Cut in to pieces of about 2 cm x 2 cm to make this operation easier. If the food has been
frozen ensure it is defrosted before inserting it into the machine.
- Place a recipient under the mincer head to collect your preparation.
- Plug in the machine.
- Press the On/Off button and then insert the food to be minced into the feed tube using
the pusher. Put the food in bit by bit.
Never put your fingers inside the tube!
- Once you have finished press the On/Off button and unplug the machine.
Use of the “Reverse” Function
- If there is a blockage turn the machine off by pressing the On/Off button. Wait a minute
and then press the “Reverse” button. The screw will then turn in the opposite direction
which will make it possible to unblock the machine.

head until it reaches the motor unit. Then fix the blade.
