Catalysis Set
The catalytic sheets are coated with a special enamel that makes nor-
mal cleaning of the inside walls of the oven unnecessary.

Important: The surface of the catalysis sheets is prone to scratches!
Important: Do not use force to fold down the grill element. There is a
risk it may break!
On appliances with a door, remove the side rails prior to fitting the
catalysis set. (see the "User Information" for your appliance in the
"Cleaning and Care" section)

Cleaning the Catalysis Set
The catalysis sheets are self-cleaning. They absorb splashes of food and
fat whilst the oven is in use.
To support this self-cleaning process, we recommend to heat the oven
without any food at regular intervals.
0 1. Remove all slide-in items from the oven.
2. Set the oven temperature to 250 °C.
3. Switch the oven off after one hour.
4. Wipe off any residues left with a damp soft sponge.

Important! Do not use oven spray or scouring cleaning aids. Do not use
soap or other cleaners. These can cause damage to the catalysis sheet.

After an extended period of use the catalysis sheet may discolour
slightly. This does not have any effect on the catalytic properties. How-
ever, depending on usage, the catalysis sheet should be replace from
time to time.
