WARRANTY
Your new Speakman Product is designed for years of
trouble-free performance. Keep it looking new by
cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth. The use of harsh
chemicals and abrasives on any of the Speakman custom
finish products may damage the finish and void the
product warranty. Please be sure to only use approved
cleaners. Please contact Speakman for any clarification
of acceptable cleaners.
MAINTENANCE
Cover your drain to prevent loss of parts. Be sure to
wear eye protection while cutting pipe.
SAFETY TIPS
IMPORTANT
• Be sure to read instructions thoroughly before
beginning installation.
• Do not over-tighten any connections or damage
may occur.
• This faucet has an operating range of 20-80 psi.

Shut off water supplies. Remove old faucet. Place Gasket on bottom of new Faucet. Place Faucet through
mounting holes in sink. Secure faucet to sink using Mounting Nuts
provided. Hand tighten.

Make connections to water lines. Use ½” IPS faucet connections (not supplied) or use the supplied
coupling nuts
with 3/8” O.D. ball nose risers (not supplied) . Use wrenches to tighten connections.
Do not overtighten.

Insert Lift Rod down into the slot in the back of the Spout. Orient Lift Rod as shown below.

Remove Flange and Rubber Washer from
pop-up Drain Assembly.

Apply Teflon Tape to the Drain Body in a
clockwise direction. Apply the provided gasket or
plumber’s putty to the underside of the Flange
. Insert the threaded end of the Drain Body
up through the drain hole and attach Flange to
the body with the Pivot pointing to the rear of
the sink.
Align towards faucet.

Make sure the Drain is still properly positioned
before tightening the nut. Hand tighten Nut
clockwise until the pop-up drain assembly is
secure.

Unscrew the Nut from the Drain Assembly. Note: retain the Seal on the Horizontal Rod . Place the Nut
onto the Horizontal Rod and insert the Rod and Seal into the Pivot Hole . Install Stopper as non
removable . Thread nut on to the Drain Assembly and hand tighten only.

Place one end of Spring Clip , on the end of
the Horizontal Rod . Insert Rod through
hole in the Lift Rod Strap . Secure with Spring
Clip .

Insert Lift Rod into Strap tighten Thumb Screw .

IMPORTANT: After drain installation is completed, remove Aerator if installed, using supplied Aerator
Wrench. Turn on water supply and allow both hot and cold water to run for at least one minute each. While water
is running, check for leaks. Return the HOT and COLD handles to the "OFF" position. Replace Aerator.
