TIPS
1. Place pot in cooking system and pour water
into pot. Cover with lid ensuring the steam
vent on the lid is facing away from you.
(Do not pour liquid into metal liner.
Water amounts depend on the recipe.)
2. Set dial to STEAMER then turn the Adjustment
Dial to desired time.
3. When the water starts to boil, the system will
beep and the timer will begin to count down.
4. Place Roasting/Steaming rack with food into
the cooking pot.
5. Cover the pot with lid and ensure the steam
vent is facing away from you.
6. When the timer reaches “0.00” the unit will
beep to alert you to remove the food from
the pot.

Before searing meat, set the dial
to HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes to
optimize the searing process.
TIPS
1. Place pot in cooking system.
2. Set the dial to LOW (Simmer)
& HIGH (Sear) to start cooking.

6. Set dial to OVEN.
7. Set roasting temperature by pressing the TIME / OVEN
TEMP button then turn the Adjustment Dial below.
8. Set the cooking time by pressing the TIME / OVEN TEMP
button again then turn the Adjustment Dial below.

2. Pour water in the bottom of the cooking pot.
(Do not pour liquid into metal liner.)
3. Place baking pan with batter on the roaster
rack, then place the Roasting / Steaming
Rack into the cooking pot and cover.
4. Set dial to OVEN. Set desired temperature by
pressing the TIME / OVEN TEMP button then
turn the Adjustment Dial below.
5. Set the cooking time by pressing the TIME
/ OVEN TEMP button again then turn the
smaller dial below.
