1. Install props.
2. Remove tape and clean the areas where
the bridge will set. Check for voids along
the top of the windows.
3. Apply sealant (732 white multi-purpose
sealant) around deck bolts.
4. Lifting points for the bridge are between
the two stand-offs on the forward bridge
rail and two lifting eyes on the forward
part of the aft deck hardtop. Position
bridge over boat. Run the appropriate
wires to the aft port corner; and run the
drain line, water line, and appropriate
wires to the aft starboard corner.
5. Set bridge in place, making sure that no
wires or hoses get caught or pinched off.
Make sure the bridge is pushed all the
way forward.
6. With the bridge in place, bolt it down:
a. Five bolts under helm.
b. One bolt on each side aft.
7. Install exterior seating on bridge.
8. Install mast light and TV antenna on
arch.
9. Connect all dash wiring and wet bar
hoses in the aft starboard corner.
10. Install the port and starboard wing door
frames (leave them loose). Use a small
amount of Tef Gel on each fastener.
11. Slide the hardtop into place and secure
it, using the hardware provided, to the
arch and wing door frames.
12. Install the aft hardtop support legs.

13. Tighten all fasteners.
14. Install the arch-to-hardtop glass.
15. Cosmetically seal around the wing door
frames and hardtop-to-arch connectors,
and the back edges of the bridge.
16. Install the aft deck seating.
17. Use adhesive and two-sided tape to
install the wing door windows. Try to
clamp and let set overnight.

Lifting Bridge
Note the lifting points: between the two
stand-offs on the forward bridge rail and two
lifting eyes on the forward part of the aft deck
hardtop.
Forward Bridge
Apply sealant around five deck bolts.

Aft Port Bridge
Apply sealant around deck bolt. Note wire
run.
Aft Starboard Bridge
Apply sealant around deck bolt. Note wire
run, water and drain lines.
