Deluxe wired remote controller
Each function will be shown on the display panel for three second or so when the initial power is on.
The analog panel enables you to use the remote controller with a touch of your own finger without pressing any
extra button.
However, if you press more than one button at the same time, it may cause malfunction.

Put the installation paper on the place and determine the
position and height of the fixing screws of the deluxe wired
remote controller.
Refer to the printed side of the installation paper.

Plug the connecting cable into
the indoor unit.
The product is being shipped
with the cable connected only
to the remote controller. Put
each cable to the remote
controller according to the
color match

Remove the installation paper before installing
the remote controller so that it can fit into the
right place.
* When installing the deluxe wired remote controller, do not install it so that it is buried to the wall.
(This can cause error in the temperature sensor)
* When installing multiple deluxe wired remote controllers horizontally in one location, leave a minimum
distance apart (2cm). (This can cause error in the temperature sensor)
* Do not install the cable with a distance of 50 m or longer. (This can cause communication error.)
* When installing the cable, check whether the connector between the remote controller and the product is
installed properly. The connector will not be connected when installed in opposite sides.
Supply the power after connecting deluxe wired remote controller.
When you need to change deluxe wired remote controller, switch off the main power and change it Before
switch off the main power if changed the deluxe wired remote controller , you can't use the option function of
the indoor unit.

controller, please connect as
the right figure.
If it is not event communication
indoor unit, set the unit as slave.
Check for event communication
through the product manual.
Refer to regarding page on how to

2. When installing more than 2 deluxe
wired remote controllers to one air
conditioner, please connect as the
right picture.
When installing more than 2 units of deluxe
wired remote controller to one air
conditioner, set one deluxe wired remote
controller as master and the others all as
slaves, as shown in the right picture.
Refer to installer setting section on how to
set master/slave.
Please install the MASTER remote
controller on the region which is
representative of the indoor temperature.
Please do not install the remote controller
near by window or door, because it is difficult
to sensing real indoor temperature.
<When simultaneously connecting
2 sets of deluxe wired remote controller>
Some kind of product can not use 'Group control'. It depends on the product type.

The Test Run Mode is to check the installation status of the product. The temperature will not be controlled during
trial operation. Instead the product will operate in several modes such as cooling, strong wind, comp-on.
* This function might not be available for multi product like Multi V system.

the product. The temperature will not be controlled.
Instead the product will operate in several modes such
as cooling, strong wind, comp-on.

Open the protection cap on the back-cover of the
remote controller.

Change the slide switch from 2 to 1 for setting zone
type new.

If you want to do the test run mode, press the
button and then select the button.

Then the product will begin the test run mode and the
display will be like the left picture.

The test run mode will continue for 18 minute.
After finishing this operation, the product will go into off
mode.

If you wan to cancel the test run mode during the
process, press the button.
Installer Setting - Test Run Mode
If you Install damper controller on the indoor unit, you must set the zone type by changing slide switch of wired remote controller
* If you connect 2 remote controllers with one indoor unit, you must change the slide switch of both remote controllers

If you set the zone type incorrectly, the product may malfunction especially in zone control.
This function must carried out by a certificated-technician

Set the volume of each air flow ( LoMedHi) by
using the button. Press the button to select
the air flow.
(The value of E.S.P could be adjusted from 1 to 255.)
(The figure on the left shows when the strong winds
ESP value has been set to 212.)

If you press the button one more time, the
E.S.P value will be set and the setting mode will be
unset.
E.S.P function is setting the volume of each air flow. It is for the convenience of installation. It is recommended
that you should not use this function while using the wireless remote controller.
* Slo and Po setting is not available for some products.
* Because the EPS value is already appropriately set when manufactured from the factory, it is recommended that
you do not change the ESP value.
Installer Setting - ESP Function
If you set ESP incorrectly, the air conditioner may malfunction.
This setting must be carried out by a certificated-technician.

What is the three-minute delay function?
The function to protect the compressor delays the output of cool air when operating instantly
after interrupting the cooling mode .
Cooling mode restarts after 3 minutes when the compressor starts to operate.

What is the three-minute delay function?

If you press the button, the strength of the fan
speed will change in the order of Low Med
Hi .
If the product is not compatible with the fan speed
control, it will not function as your selection.
If the indoor unit is compatible with the slo fan speed, you
can adjust the air flow slow level.
You can easily control the fan speed.

Heater function is only avallavble under Heating mode.
While operate heater together with Heating mode. Heater
is off when turn the machine off and still off when restart
heating mode by both wireless or deluxe wired remote
controller.
Whenever changing operation mode while running heater
together with Heating mode. Heater is off.
In case of such model that has no heater sub function, it
doesn't appear when pressing button.
Heater operation is also active by wireless remote
controller.
Plasma

You can use the plasma function.

A click of the button will turn on/off the indicator.
If the product is not compatible with the plasma function, it
will not do the plasma function even though the indicator
is turned on.
Plasma function is possible when only product is installed.
Please press the button in fan mode, If you want to
operate only plasma function.
