What’s the size of the smart watch, is the band replaceable?

It is adjustable, a common size watch clip so you could buy a different band and change it out.

SPO2 Function

I cannot find the SPO2 function at the watch face,what’s the problem?

please connect the “Zeroner Health Pro” App before first usage of the SPO2 function,or you will

not find the icon at the watch face.

Can i check my blood oxygen level while exercise,such as Hiking ,running ?

Sorry to tell you the smart watch cannot support for monitoring 02 level when exercising.

And, none of the smartwatches in the marketing can support it now.

It maybe the main development in next version.

Sp02 does not give reading at all. It constantly stays on "Reading" but never reads,how can i do ?

Please sitting and don’t move,be quiet and keep the face up,make sure the watch is fully

connection with your skin.

We checked with all of the situation , exercise or too loose will effect the reading period and

accurate of the date.

How to connect?

1. Download the APP named Zeroner Health Pro from Google Play or APP store.

2. Open the Zeroner Health Pro---Device---Bind Device

3. Click the "CS20X-XXXX" on your screen(XXXX means numbers, every watch has a unique No).

4. Click the "Confirm Bind Device"

5. Confirm again on the watch screen and finish sync.

Why Mine CS201 Smart watch steps displayed a little different with other watches which i already

have , such as Fitbit ?

Thanks for your communication , hope you can understand different watch has different calculate

algorithm, the record data may be a little different .

We recommend to check by yourself, such as walking for about 1000 steps to check how do the

CS201 or other branded watch display.

If it’s defective , please feel free to contact our customer service for replacement or refunding.

Notification Function

Can i read the messages or whatsapp from the watch?

Call/Text Messages/SNS Notification Steps

1.Please make sure text message are allowed to be reminded in notification bar of phone.

2.Make sure the latest App Version and set it as trusted app in phone app permission manager.

3.No Disturb Mode on tracker and APP is not turn on.

4.Bind the device by Zeroner Health Pro app, not Bluetooth Setting of phone.

5.Make sure the latest Firmware Version:Open Zeroner Health Pro>Device>Device upgrade.

6.Turn on SMS alert:Open App>Device>SNS Alert>Allow notification>switch on SMS>turn

on>save.

Self-checking point:

1, Please make sure that the 'Zeroner Health Pro' app notification is open in your phone's setting:

Settings>Notifications>Zeroner Health Pro>Allow Notifications;

2, Turn on 'Call Alert'/'SMS'(Text Messages)/SNS Notification in the 'Zeroner Health Pro' app:

Open App>Device>Call Alert/SNS Alert>Allow notification>Switch on SMS/SNS app>turn on>save.

3, Please make sure 'Phone'&'Messages'&'SNS app' notification is open in your phone's setting:

Setting>Notifications>'Phone'&'Messages'&'SNS app'>Allow Notifications;

Note: Make sure Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners is open.

4, Run 'Zeroner Health Pro' app in the phone background and make sure the device is paired with

your phone successfully.

Compass

How to star the compass, it seems doesn't work?

Slide right on the homepage of the watch 2 times, and you will see the "Function" interface.

Find the "Compass" function in the function interface. Open the compass function on the watch

interface and follow the icon "∞" on the interface to perform the operation. The wrist swing

should be as large as possible.

The "compass" only exists in the watch, so you can use this function even when the watch is not

connected to the phone.

Blood Pressure Function

Does it measure blood pressure?

Sorry, currently the CS201 smart watch cannot measure blood pressure.

Swimming Records

Can it record my Heart Rate while swimming?

Sorry, currently the CS201 smart watch cannot monitor heart rate while swimming.

The watch is stucked while swimming , do i get a defective one?

Please don’t worry , in order to offer accurate data , touch screen will turn off during

swimming,which looks like the watch face is stucked.

Happy to get a smart watch which can help to record detail information such as Distance , Time,

Calories, Swolf , Stockes , pace, Swimming style... however , sometimes the distance will be a

little longer ?

The Distance is calculated by the circles you swim during the whole process. That’s the reason we

asked set the pool length at the beginning.Circles is based on sensor with direction .so changing

your swimming direction or holding up you wrist to check records , or else will affect the result.

Sleep Monitor

Can it records my daily sleep ? or does it only monitor sleeping at night ?

Currently ,CS201 can only monitor sleep at night.

Why I still receive the notification after i dis-connect the watch from the app and iPhone ?

There is a little different during the dis-connected process between iOS and Android phones.

For Android Devices, just dis-connect the smart watch with the app.

For iOS Devices, you have to dis-connect the smart watch with the app, and clear the Bluetooth

connection history of the smartwatch from your phone Bluetooth list.

If someone forget to remove the CS201 from the Bluetooth list, notifications will keep sent to the

watch.

I’m trying to change the watch face, however, failed , how can i do ?

There are two ways to change the watch face.

1, Via setting in the watch face, in this way , you can choose one of the four the default watch

face, just click and wait for a while.

2, Via App in the watch face part, in this way , you can DIY the watch face as you want , upload

the images in your phone ,and install and save.

Both of them need to keep well Bluetooth and Internet connection during the whole process.

And they do affect on changing speed as well.

Is it safe , rash with this watch ?

Please don’t worry , all the material used are safe, and fulfilled the safety standards.

Sweating a lot after exercise,if the watch is too tightly on the wrist , the sweat will be left in the

wrist for a long period of time,which may cause uncomfortable or even rash.

So ,If you feel a little uncomfortable , please loose the band of the watch or clean it .

The app is getting me an error whenever I try to update or change the watch face in the app,and

there is no sleeping data, how can i do ?

1 Open the phone settings,

2 enter the Apps permission management,

3 find "ZeronerHealthPro“, allow "Storage Access For this APP
