Sunix FWA3010GL is a low profile PCI Host Controller that allows you to connect IEEE1394 compatible devices to your computer. With three external and one internal FireWire 400 ports, you can connect devices such as DV cameras, camcorders, and enclosures. The hot-swapping feature allows you to connect/disconnect devices without powering down the system. The FireWire port supports bus power to peripherals with a 6-pin cable, so you dont have to worry about finding an extra power outlet.

This card fully complies with IEEE Standard 1394A-2000 and the latest 1394 Open Host Controller Interface (OHCI) specification. It supports asynchronous and synchronous data transfer at speeds of 100, 200, and 400 Mbps.

SUNIX FWA3010GL, PCI IEEE1394 host controller with low profile bracket, built-in 3 external and 1 internal
FireWire 400 high speed ports. This card fully compatibles with IEEE Standard 1394A-2000 and the latest 1394
Open Host Controller Interface (OHCI) specification. FW3010GL allows you to connect IEEE1394 compatible
devices to your computer, such as DV camera, camcorder and enclosure. With the optional accessory Ulead
software, you can easily edit DV video, author discs, and share your movies everywhere. Furthermore, you can
also make a fast network connection between two Windows XP and 2003 systems with a FireWire connection,
which has a data transfer speed of up to 400 Mbps.
