tracking. 

1.2. Invoxia Tracking Hub
Invoxia Tracking Hub is a platform developed by Invoxia for the management of Supply Chain
Trackers 2, allowing users to:
Track the location of single assets as well as fleets.
Monitor the state of the Supply Chain Trackers 2 which are in operation.
Set geofencing zones and email alerts.
Manage authorizations and accesses for multi-users.

Invoxia Tracking Hub’s home screen is organised in four main sections:

C: Search bar by Tracker ID or predefined Tags.

Location data display
The selection of a specific Supply Chain Tracker 2 can be performed using the Trackers List,
after searching the tracker based on its unique ID, name or tag definition.
Once a Supply Chain Tracker 2 is selected, the history of its positions can be shown for various
periods of time.

Device information display
The name of a specific Supply Chain Tracker 2 can be set under the Information section.
In this section, various indicators are displayed as well, such as: Battery Level, Network
Operator, Software Version and other parameters of interest.
Geofencing and alerts definition
Geofencing areas can be set under the Alerts section, allowing users to be notified by email
when the tracker enters and/or leaves a specific area.

2.1. Quick start guide
Step 1 Use case 1: You are using Invoxia Tracking Hub to track your device
Please visit: https://hub.invoxia.com
Log in using the identification and password that were provided at
product order.
Observe your Tracker on the map.
Use case 2: You are using Invoxia’s API to track your device
Please refer to the API section
Step 2 Place your Supply Chain Tracker 2 on the asset you wish to track.
Please refer to the next section for more details on dimensions
and mechanical integration of the device.

Invoxia Supply Chain Tracker 2 was designed to adapt to various supports. The device can be
attached using two to six M4 screws.

2.3. Tracking parameters
Some tracking parameters can be tuned remotely to match specific use-cases. Please reach us
at [email protected] if you wish to alter the default configuration of the device.
Available parameters
Period of time between two location reports when the tracker is moving:
Default value: 10 minutes
Range:
Minimal value: 2 minutes
Maximal value: 24 hours
Period of time between two location reports when the tracker is standing still:
Default value: 4 hours
Range:
Minimal value 2 minutes
Maximal value 24 hours
Sensitivity to shocks and vibrations:
Default value: Medium sensitivity
Scale:
Low sensitivity: alerts are sent only when intense shocks are detected.
Medium sensitivity: alerts are sent when heavy vibrations are detected.
High sensitivity: alerts are sent when low vibrations are detected.

2.4. API
Two types of APIs can be made available to interface Invoxia Supply Chain Trackers 2 with
third-party platforms:
Pull API
Allows a third-party platform to fetch the tracker’s data through web services
calls.
Push API
Pushes the trackers data to a third-party platform in real time. This type of API
has to be customized to match the external backend’s interfaces.
Available data
The list of trackers that were registered under a specific account.
For each Tracker, the following location data:

Precision
Battery Level
